When I walked in there was a long line of customer's and a woman at the front yelling about how she should be able to get refunded for a product she wasn't happy with and now. The situation was that the cashier on duty wasn't authorized to perform her specific return (probably due to the nature of the item) and would need approval from the owner. This lady just went yelling on and on about how she needs to get the owner on the phone now and see about getting her return because she isn't able to come in tomorrow because she works and blah blah blah.... you could almost feel all the customer's behind her including me.. sighing for what seemed like was going to be an eternal wait to get just the simple items we came for. I was so grateful to the counter person, who very calmly and politely asked the lady to please be patient, she would get her what she was asking for, but she needed to handle the line of customer's first. We were all cheering inside... YAY! We won't be stuck here waiting forever to perform our super fast n quick transactions.. woot! The lady went on some more about how she didn't feel she should have to wait, and You need to get him on the phone now!. Aw man, the line of customer's sighed inwardly again. The cashier was awesome, she just stayed completely calm, didn't budge a bit, set the boundaries and insisted that , "yes, I understand you feel that way, and I will give you what you want, but this isn't the right time for it. There is a right time for what you are asking for and now is not yet that time." The lady finally relented and the line of customer's cheered silently. I know because I was. The cashier whipped through the line and took care of me and one other behind me in what seemed like 2 or 3 minutes, it couldn't of been more than that, it was fast. I wished that dear cashier girl a good an evening as possible... but goodness I wanted to say more.... Thank you so much for handling that woman so that I could get my stuff and go! I didn't know how much they normally cost, so I didn't question the $30 price tag on the Flum Float vape (pictured in review). When I told my friend how much she owed me, she grew very concerned and showed me that they normally go for about $16-$20 online. $30 is an excessive mark-up and I wish I'd known better. In addition, the employee who rang me up and three customers in the store were not wearing masks, nor did they enforce the mask mandate.
