As per my review before, this place is still the most friendly business I've come across since moving to this area. Ram is honestly the best. He's personable and running a genuine, honest store. He's always there to tell you what's up and always goes out of his way to make sure to stock what you need, especially if you're a regular. If you're local, there's no better place to stop by. He keeps regular stock and is always on trend if there's new products released. If it's out, he'll let you know when it'll be in (usually no longer than a four or five days). He's even taken time out of his day to call me and let me know whatever I'm needing is in. When my boyfriend visits, he remembers and asks how I am. These guys have a huge variety, good prices, and excellent customer service. Maybe it's a nice place but I wouldn't really know because when I went to buy some wraps on my 21st birthday the guy refused to sell to me. He said they can't sell until the day AFTER your birthday. 0 STARS!!! I came here to buy cans of butane for my torch head as I'm a silversmith artist and I go through many, all butane cans are standard fit and fit my standard torch head. A few of their cans had a manufacture flaw that wouldn't allow it to fit my torch head. I went in to simply ask to switch it out with butane cans that do not have manufacture flaws. I even showed him the issue. The shop owner or manager refused for a while but then allowed me to have a worker butane can. I came in again months later and they had made a note to make sure they don't sell butane to me lolol! Because I had actually held them accountable for damaged goods. Completely insane. read more
