I've been coming to this store for 5 years. There is a definite personality to this store and I love it. They have definitely changed and grown in that 5 years nearly tripling their size and inventory. The prices on cigs are very fair, although I do miss the days of rolling your own here. The vape expansion has a wide variety of pens, flavors, and accessories for those into that. Their glass selection has grown quite a bit as well. It does seem like they inherited some Chinese glass, but they still work closely with a couple of local artists to provide their customers with great local glass at a really low price. read more

Prices are great! I quit smoking with the help of these guys showing me how to work an e-cig. Before I quit, wouldn't buy cigarettes anywhere else. **UPDATE** - I forgot to confirm my email address, so this is showing up late. I hope that others haven't been put in a similar situation like mine since I originally made this review. This horribly expensive vape (that I found out is Chinese made, and can be bought for $12 directly) has broken. It's only been 4 months, and was adult-owned. Never tossed around or dropped, never tinkered with. Before it died completely, the voltage would fluctuate too much between low and high, it auto-fired which is dangerous, and was absolutely awful. They should be ashamed for selling these to people, not providing receipts, and then LYING about what the device does. I used to love this place. Went there for over 8 months, it was the only smokeshop that I would go to. Until today. I went there today to buy my first box mod vape, and the owner directed me to a $50 Kanger DripBox "starter kit" and told me that *EVERYTHING I NEEDED* was in there. I trust them, so I got it. Well, I get home and am excited about opening my new mod so that I could use it, and guess what? Everything that I needed was NOT in there. No battery. So I call back and explain that I had just opened it and saw that there's no battery, and she didn't have the battery in stock. So I ask for a refund or an exchange, and she says "We don't do refunds..." I had reminded her that she specifically told me that everything I needed was in the box, which is why I got it, was not true. She basically said "tough luck, sorry". Accident or not, it's WRONG to not make something right for your customers from a mistake that YOU made. I feel scammed, and ripped off, and am out $50. $50 that took me a while to save up for. To me, it felt like going out and buying a car, only to find out it had 3 tires. The accident has me upset, but the real reason that I will not be coming back to your store, is because of the lack of integrity to correct a mistake you made to your customer. I *trusted* you, and you steered me wrong. This is the first store I've ever been in that has never corrected a mistake on their end. And it will probably be the one and only as well, since most businesses know that it's the right thing to do, in order to keep a customer. To any potential customers reading this; use caution when purchasing anything other than cigarettes or vape juices. Especially the (overpriced) box mods and Chinese knockoffs. Ask specific questions, and be ABSOLUTELY SURE that you're not going to get burned and SOL with no refunds or mistakes being corrected. Don't get put in my position. Had they made it right for me, I wouldn't be making this review and I would still be a frequent customer to this store. But this was the straw that broke the camel's back, it's a shame because I really liked this place. Oh well, there's always someplace better. read more

I stopped going here bc of the very impatient and rude manager. Not the best service. Waiting in long lines and not there's enough employees to help you so expect a wait. Plus their never stocked up on e-cig inventory, the coils nor the liquids. Then prices just keep going up every time. It's ridiculous that one coil is $8 when everywhere else is $5 or $20 for full pack. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone!! It's a waste of your time. Only good thing is their price on kratom and every once in awhile on the cigarettes. But over priced on everything else in the store! Now I shop at vape game, way better service and prices/deals! read more
