I stepped into this store randomly before I ran into Ralph's. The gentleman who greeted me was tremendously patient in answering my questions in finding my first cigar torch. He brought out several options, let me get a feel for them, and even gave me some other options to spark my interest. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me at any point. I feel like this store will become a regular stop for me. read more

Came here for the first time and was impressed by their selection of Kratom and glass. Ammar is a super cool dude and will help you out with anything you need. We had bought a hookah from another smoke shop and they forgot to give us a bowl for the shisha. Went over to this shop and found out they provide freshly packed hookah bowls in custom flavors (using high quality brands like Starbuzz etc). Pricing was perfect and the flavor mix was really delicious. If you take your bowl back they'll refill it with whatever flavor you're craving. Customer service was also premium! Love this shop! read more

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS VENDOR. I've lived in the area for years and always had some issue with this smoke shop whether it be the product itself or how their customer service was handled. Recently I purchased 3 puff bars from this vendor because the deal was 3 for $25. Some hours later I realized one of the products was counterfeit. I compared the products and their boxes. I found quiet a few differences that should be advised. CAREFULLY EXAMIN PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! -make sure the product has the trademark marker -authenticity code sticker Puffsalt.com even has warnings for consumers stating that vendors are selling fake counterfeit products! Highly recommend the smoke shop on paradise valley road, never had an issue with products or customer service there. read more

Came here last time with my brother cuz he needed a cheap piece and yeah we definitely found it, prices were really good and customer service was great. Came back right now but because I needed new coils for my mod and some juice. These dudes got some of the best local prices on coils and juice. Not as cheap as going online at vape element but dang if you need it now to satisfy your cravings, these guys hook it up. They have a wide selection on juices and hella good prices. Other spots will charge you like $25 for one 100ml of candy and these dudes will give you 2 for the price of one. Dope read more

As soon as I enter the shop I'm asked for I.d very rudely. I also felt like I was being rushed when checking out their products. Also no price matching here. read more

Fuck the owner of the shop and how rude he treats his customers. I walked in trying to buy a cigar for my dad's birthday and I was about to check out when he said his card reader wasn't working so I asked if I could Venmo him and he said no so I said OK let me go get cash back real quickly from the grocery store right next-door. he said okay and when I came back less than five minutes later he had locked the front door and closed early for the night. fucking rude never coming back read more

I live right down the street from this shop so I go in quite often I always am that by the very rude black gentleman that works there and the prices are not anything reasonable on what they're selling and if you bring something back just to change for a size they will not do it they will try to make you buy a whole new one just because they're greedy unfortunately it's the closest smoke shop to where I live read more

JR, Mike and Sam are so nice! Excellent customer service, ALWAYS helpful if I have a problem with my vape and they make me feel like we are family. Great shop and great service been coming here for years. Shoutout to Sam and JR you guys rock!

This place is definitely over priced and the quality of their products has come to question. I would say to avoid this place especially if your looking for good customer service. The hookah I bought here broke as I was cleaning it. I came back let the guy know he's like I have these over here for 25 umm yea I didn't come back to buy another one what the hell. Why would I buy a hookah here have it break and come back here to buy another. This guy must think I'm stupid. They treat everyone like they are going to steal something. read more

Great little shop in Paradise Hills. I dont smoke cigarettes or cigars, but they have a huge selection of both. They also carry a ton of hookah equipment which is why I come here. The people that work here are pretty nice and helpful if you need anything. Some things are a little pricey, but most things are fairly priced. Just make sure you know the standard pricing of things before you go and you should be good. read more

Let me say, I have been Vaping for over 3 years and only go here for juice in an emergency for a reason. If I posted my actual feelings toward this establishment, it would not be suitable as a review. I have gone here 4 times, all of which were a last resort and this last time has left me feeling as though I needed to inform others. I love euphoria, the one closest to 32nd st san Diego is the best, big thumbs up to Kevin as hr seems to be the one person who cares the most about customer satisfaction of the products provided. This place by Ralph's, I can not say the same for, #1 the guy that mixes the juice doesn't vape as I saw him smoking cigarettes. #2 everytime I buy from them they don't taste right or are not mixed right even though I tell time how I would like it to be mixed. The attracted picture is the level of my vape as it just cause me to have a horrendous dry hit. The dry hits happened before that and the only way to go about medicating this is to treat this like a dripper. Every 2 drags, drop some on top of my atomizer. BTW, this was an atomizer I changed to a day ago and was working great from my previous juice which was from 32nd st. The fact that I can only get quality juice from one place and the price has left me feeling like there is an overwhelming desire to not only quit but inform those who to go to and whom to stay away from. If you can, stay away from here foryour juice as you will only be disappointed. BTW, I'm not Vaping at my usual 35 watts but only at 27 max, and even then it dry hits when full and leaks as a result of being so low in wattage. To say I'm irritated is an understatement, I'm done going here, even as a last resort. I would rather not vape at all than waste my money and increase my anger. read more

I i first found this place when i caught an interest in vaping, i had gone to other shops in hopes that i would find someone who could give a new vaper some tips to feel safe. Right away when i walked in i was greeted by sam, i asked him for some tips on how to get started and right away he spared no details on his advice. He explained battery safety and how to make sure i keep my self safe from any kind of accident. Since then the employees at the shop have become like family to me. Every time i go in jay and sam alway greet me with great ambience and a smile. This is place is the place to go they have everything from vapes to cigars and even glass. The part that will keep you coming back and back is no their inventory but their customer service and satisfaction. Don't pay attention to the one star reviews and go in and check it out for your selves. read more

This is a pretty hard to review place! Parking is fantastic , great selection of accessories for smoking ! Incence is also large and abundant . My problem was I was so happy to find a cigar shop close by but when I got there the humidor was abt 4x4 or maybe 6x6 it wasn't very stocked and the prices were effing redonkulous!!!! I usually get my stogies online so maybe I'm not in touch w/retail prices but $12.00 for one smoke when I can get 20 online for 100 bux is a tad of a markup !! Like I said if your in a pinch and craving a stogie u must have AND IF they have it then go here if your willing to pay the $$$$ . If u need a hookah , pipe or other accessory you'll have a great time here !!! Just don't expect to find cheap prices ! read more

This shop is cool, in and out, grab some zig-zags, incense, and a lotto tickect and I'm gone!

Cheap and doesn't charge tax. I wish they didn't charge me extra when I use my card.

These guys have a HUGE selection of cigarettes, cigars, hookah, and vapes. For vape juice, the selection is the biggest I've seen in all of SD. And if by chance they don't have it, they'll make it with their house juice. Sam, JR, and the whole crew know what they're doing, and they're always willing to work with you to get you the best products for your needs. 10/5 stars. read more

I come here once a week for my ejuice and electronic cig needs.50ml for 15 is a pretty good price and lasts me about a week.big selection of juices, the whole corner! The prices of mods are double what they are anywhere else. And they will do nothing to help you when u buy a faulty product. They are all about hustling people. They undercut there nicotine levels of there house made juice and try and say it's just "smooth". Don't waste your money here. You can get the same mods anywhere else for half the price. read more

I have been coming to Cigs & Gars No 2 since it first opened and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are always kinds, courteous, respectful and seem truly happy to see me and/or my husband when ever we stop by. Even on a couple occasions when I've been in the store and there was an obnoxious customer there, the employees handled the situation in a very professional manner and didn't let anything get out of hand. When reading negative reviews here I'd suggest that you also read that person's other reviews to see if they are someone who is just "mad at the world". Mine... they're a mixture of good, bad and indifferent as that's just the way life is. read more

This place is the real deal! The dudes that work there are Pros. Sam, Al, and J.R. are all stand up guys. They don't try to up-sell you things that you don't need or want, just what your looking for. The environment is real chill, I could spend an hour BS'ing with the guys cause they are all down to earth. The prices are very competitive, from tobacco to vape items. Their selection of vape flavors and E-cigs are the best, they ask what type ur looking for and then mix it right in front of you. Thanks you guys for having great customer service, and keep up the great work. read more
