If I could give a zero on this business I would. This man was hired to take off my hurricane…read moreshutters, take tiles off my balconies, resurface and put concrete on my balconies after tile removal and reinstall my hurricane shutters. He brought two workers with him that didn't know what they were doing and one smelled like a brewery. They came in and out of my house leaving the balcony doors wide open, destroyed my curtains, getting the whole house filled with concrete dust, almost killing my bird. The one worker had no clue how to remove the tiles and almost cut off his fingers. Mr. Deblauwe could not put the hurricane shutters back on my townhouse and put tons of holes in my structure. I ended up having to hire a shutter company to reinstall them. Mr. Deblauwe gave me, my HOA and the village building department my contract stating that he was using concrete to resurface my balconies. This was a lie! My balcony floors are cracking into pieces and lifting up exposing rebar which is going to cause structural issues to my whole home. Mr. DeBlauwe admitted to me when I showed him how it all was cracking and popping up that he never used concrete, but some kind of patch material and that he would come back in 2 days to redo the job. Another lie because he won't fix the negligent job he did and my balcony floors are crumbling! He has also changed the name of his business several times!

We had a fairly simple project but required a permit which they arranged without incident. Work crew did good job and cleaned up well. A few damaged bricks needed to be replaced. Suppliers fault I assume. They did seem to be aggressive on getting staged payments but at the end of the day job done and no surprises

I chose Deck and Drive to install pavers in my front yard because of Scott's knowledge,…read moreprofessional presentation, and the expertise demonstrated by the installation team. However, several months later, I have some concerns. Approximately six months after installation, my confidence in Deck and Drive has unfortunately diminished. Initially, I was very excited and truly loved the transformation the pavers brought to my home. The curb appeal was outstanding. Since then, I have been informed by several individuals who admired my driveway that it may not have been sealed properly. Additionally, grass is now growing through some of the cracks between the pavers. When I followed up with representatives from Deck and Drive regarding these concerns, I was informed by the project manager that there would be an additional cost to make the necessary corrections. I am truly disappointed with the company's final decision and had hoped for a different resolution given the circumstances.
