first of all i was a student that attended to 4 to 5 grade in this school . first of all one time…read morethese girls in pe that always used to bully me . i was sitting in pe with my friend derrick and then the tall blonde brown hair girl said oh and you better shut your mouth in class second of all this girl ziva or zeva tried to snatch my phone in the bus because i was just playing forsaken roblox emote on the game then zeva said turn it off demanding me like wth . third of all the principle literally said okay i will have a talk with her she should have got an refferal like brooo be fr this school is dookie. and this teacher ms eke she always gave me negitave marks on my card for no absulte reason man. first i saw other kids getting up to move to other class so i thought i was dissmised so i got up to get my backpack then ms eke said " oh zara you werent supposed to get up you cant just make up rules like girl shut up. The school buildings are designed with a courtyard in the center with the gyms in the outer circumference. It was easy to navigate, even with it being our first time here.

Mrs Miller and Mr Leavell have been my son's teacher two different years and made a huge impact in his life! Other teachers like Mr Kendalo, Mr Gestrich, Ms Moreno, Mrs Nixon and Mrs Graves have also made each school year great with their teaching styles, communication and overall caring for the kids! The admin and front desk are great! Mrs Jasmine, Mrs Janice, and Mrs Lucas are my favorite! Recently, we just came home from the world strides trip with Mrs Kleinow and she was so amazing taking 9 students across the country keeping them all safe! Overall think Surprise West is the best!

My child was released to someone who could have possibly been a complete stranger. NO ONE CHECKED ID, the individual who I had pick my child up from that school went to the office and the front office receptionist sent this individual directly to where my child was. The receptionist did NOT check ID & when it was time to grab him from the teacher they too just sent him off without even speaking or asking for Identification. Another incident had transpired where another student was touching my child inappropriately & when it came to time speak with the teacher she WAS AWARE of the incident but FAILED to INFORM ME ! I am not only concerned about my child but I am also concerned about the other student as well as that parent should be aware and informed of the information ! The teacher made it a point to MESSAGED ME AND INFORM ME OF OTHER THINGS but not mention what was MOST IMPORTANT. NOT ONLY did these terrible incidents happen but my son had been here in this school for 6 months & his main teacher still DID NOT know his name but would address him as someone else . FINALLY each time I would address my issues of concern the teacher and both principal and assistant principal were VERY CALLOUS . NO apology NO concern NO EMPATHY ... NOTHING !! Not to MENTION ALL INCIDENTS THIS SCHOOL IS VERY PREJUDICE!!!!!!

My daughter loved the teacher and school before and still does. I have never had issues with teachers or staff. The front office is always kind and helpful. The kids always enjoy their teachers, and they have a lot of fun little extras. The school office is now designed with locking doors and is very secure. They have a higher standard as far as curriculum, and with online access it is easy to keep track of progress. They offer before and after care which is in their cafeteria, also locked and secure with check in and id required.
