I get you have a new store but charging me then telling me I can't use my nice PSE bow ever without looking up new smaller limbs or seeing anything I could do about the draw weight is shitty. No help what so ever and Chris disregarded what I said I needed to buy. I came in because my bow was a little heavy then he told me he adjusted it 1 pound less. In addition, I told him I needed new inserts/feild points in my Victory Arrows that I had just bought and he completely disregarded putting inserts or field points in my arrows. Why would you charge a kid to turn the wrench a half turn and then not help him with what he needed (arrows, inserts, feild points and draw weight). Annoying and Chris didn't care to help me out. The 2 minutes I was in there he somehow found a way to charge me without helping me with anything that I actually wanted. I used to go to the old shop a bunch when I was really young so I have been giving them business for years. They didn't recognize me when I walked in but I won't be coming back to get a bow "serviced". To wrap it all up, he said "you don't have any friends with a bow?", as I was paying him for nothing, then I got fed up and left. I have no problem spending money when I actually receive a product or service.

They were friendly and perfectly professional, and both were highly knowledgeable on how to setup and fine tune my new bow.
