If I have to recommend one of the item it would definitely be the wrap I think it is the tastiest one. Have a great solid option and honestly the size are pretty good. Price a great considering that if you go to the movie theatre the popcorn is crazy expensive. I wish I took more pictures of my food too show you. Most item rank between 10$ and $20 really good. Also before I forget they also have arcade games when you come in. Really fun if you come in with a few friends or by yourself Arcades are fun right. They have a couple of restaurants, one that serves Starbucks frapps, ice cream, and outtakes, popcorn, the usual movie theatre candy and treats. Plan ahead though, as it can take some time to get popcorn. I don't frequent the actual theatres much to watch movies, as I prefer to watch movies at home, but I have been the rare occasion and the seats are cozy. The hubs is a huge movie buff and loves the theatres here. They also have stars and strollers, where you can bring your little ones here, park your strollers and watch a movie in the afternoon with reduced noise.

A good variety of concessions and an arcade provide the bulk of entertainment before you head off to watch your film. Inside, you'll get plenty of room, a large screen, and air conditioning. Some of the theatres have reclined seats for even greater comfort. The big screens have truly been a testament to man's ingenuity. Your concessions are overpriced, as is tradition. For over $20, you can get a combo of popcorn, a snack, and a drink. You can get away with much better quality if you decide to dine in first, especially at all the nearby restaurants. Tickets have also been getting more expensive, but I think there's a designated day where you get tickets for $4. I'm afraid you'll have to check it out for yourself; I got the discounted price when watching Barbie on a Sunday, but the following Sunday, I had to get full-priced tickets for Oppenheimer. What you end up with is the typical Cineplex experience; a selection of all the hit movies delivered to you in all its IMAX glory.

My wife and I have been frequenting this cinema on countless occasions past and this is the first time that such a situation arises. It's almost as if the cinema operator turned the volume down on purpose. I repeat: this low volume situation has n-e-v-e-r happened to us throughout the countless films we've seen at this cinematic complex, save and except for the movie: "Sound of freedom".

We took full advantage of that deal last night and it reminded me of how much fun the movies can be. I always have a wonderful experience each time I come here. You're reminded of the 70s and 80s in here as the chairs are old, the style of theater is that of an old one and so is the audio and video equipment. Don't get me wrong, I come by for the chance of watching throwback classics as they play old movies and independent movies. It's fun to watch movies you grew up to on the big screen but the movie experience isn't the greatest. For newer independent movies in a newer theater, the World Exchange usually gets some. Either case, those theaters are far from sitting in TIFF Bell Lightbox in Toronto. For more throwback movies you can check out the new Mayfair that opened in Orleans or the newly renovated Mayfair on Bank St which I believe are much better theaters. Coliseum recently had a throwback movie month and played classics on their modern screen with modern audio and video and that was amazing. The nostalgia is great here but honestly with the Mayfair that opened in Orleans and the renovation of the Mayfair on Bank St I really hope the Bytowne follows their lead.

I recently went to this theatre for a late showing and accidentally left my sweater behind. It was…read morea nearly empty theatre, and I was in the very back row, so realistically only the staff could have seen it. I realized my mistake as soon as I got home (just past midnight) and immediately called, leaving my name, number, and a full description of the sweater in their voicemail. The next day, I went back in person to look for it and speak with someone, but the sweater had completely disappeared. What's especially frustrating is that this was the last show of the night, so there weren't many people left, and I called right after leaving -- it really should have been easy to recover. To make matters worse, one of the employees working that night (Isabella Ghattas) has personal issues with me from the past, and she made my friend and me feel extremely uncomfortable with dirty looks all evening. I strongly suspect she took the sweater as some kind of petty revenge. I explained all of this to the manager, asked them to look into it, and even suggested checking the cameras. They did absolutely nothing. This sweater wasn't even mine -- it was a meaningful gift from someone very important to me. Losing it over personal drama from an employee is incredibly unfair and shockingly unprofessional. I felt completely dismissed by the management and very unwelcome as a customer. I wouldn't recommend this theatre to anyone who expects even the most basic level of honesty, professionalism, or customer service.

It's a smaller theater but always seems to have the bi hits playing when they come out. The seats are average theater seats (not like some of the updated ones around town), but they still have everything you need to enjoy the movie, including adequate comfort. There is a small concessions stand even an area with arcade games. I am a huge fan of air hockey, and while it's a really Loud game (pucks hitting the edges) for such a small space, it's still good fun, and the theater is loud enough anyway. This theater is also super close to home for us, so I'm happy to have it!

The main theatre is a medium-sized theatre, seating just under 1000 people. They do have a smaller theatre there too which seats just under 200 people. I've only been to the main theatre though, not the smaller one. Seats are comfortable and you're not crammed in too much. There's a coat check, and a small bar that serves wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. There are vending machines, and there appears to be a cafe, but it never seems to be open when I'm there for a show. It's connected to the Nepean Centrepointe Library. Washrooms are ok, clean but not that modern, and not too many stalls. The lineups are insane during intermission. Parking is free.

There's lots of parking (and it's free!), but the theatre can get very busy and books various events on one night, so be sure to get there at least half an hour prior to your event to find parking. On the night we attended there was also a large dance recital going on so the parking lot was packed. As mentioned, Noah K and I were here with some friends to see Jayme White, a local mentalist/illusionist preform. The theatre was downstairs and sat about 200 people, which I thought was a great size, because it feels intimate no matter where you are sitting. The one thing I was not particularly impressed with was the staff I came into contact with. The two women we encountered (ushers?), were holding programs, but both told us we could pick up programs downstairs despite having a ton of them. They also weren't very friendly and were a bit off-putting. That being said, it wouldn't detract me from going here again as I hardly had to interact with them. I think this would be a great place to see a musical act as it would be super intimate. I'll absolutely be checking out their schedule more often!
