They finally show up, unannounced, and offer additional services on the side. They seemed like reasonable services so I thought I'd take the guys up on it. In 15 minutes, the guys were done cleaning the gutters. So I spent $250 for 15 minutes. Not only did they not appropriately clean the gutters, they additionally left a mess, not cleaning up after themselves. They left gutter slop, tree branches, and other garbage on the lawn. The extra services? A bunch of garbage as well, doing minimal agreed upon work. I write a Google review expressing my disappointment. I ended up receiving a phone call from a lady who works for Cincy Gutter Boys who tries to bribe me to take my review down. Not only was it a shady thing to do, it was also a weak bribe. A photo provided by the company appeared to show work only on the front of the house. We contacted them the same day. They were initially responsive and said a crew would return within 10 days to complete the job, but that never happened and we received no further communication.

We looked at several companies and products and decided that this company provided the best product. The gutter protector was the best design we saw and was very well made. This was important because we recently had birds building nests IN THE GUTTERS, which caused the downspout to clog and overflow. Apparently, this area has been invaded by a species that nest in gutters and vents causing a lot of damage. The new system is larger made of better quality than the original material. We are confident that all of the issues have been solved.
