You might think that seems like a fishy tactic to lure in customers for shoddy work. Definitely not the case here! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your garage doors. Thanks!

Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Great problem solvers!

They had to come back…read moremultiple times to correct the positioning of our storm door which still does not shut properly. Our kitchen door feels like it is locked often, but it's not, it also was poorly installed so you have to turn the knob and feel the grinding and crunching of metal as you open the door. However, the real issue is with the storm door with retractable screens on top and bottom Window pane. We have dogs and do not use the bottom screen in an effort to prevent damage from dog scratching. However, our HVAC stopped working over the weekend therefore I was excited to use the bottom screen feature so I could place a box fan in front of it as soon as I lift it up the bottom of glass, a black device with a metal tracking guide popped out. I have no idea what it is, but it is certainly strong because when I touched it it coiled and almost ripped my finger off. Matty told me over and over again how proud he was of this Door in the quality and my dogs will never be able to scratch the glass but if they ever do, they will replace it because it's a lifetime warranty on their products. Today Matty said oh well that was everything except for storm doors. With the amount of problems we've had with not only damage to our walls which they did not offer to repair, these have never worked to their full potential. I also forgot they didn't put a storm door chain on our door and had to come back like a third or fourth time to do that. This company is incompetent. Their communication sucks and the quality of their products. I'm just not seeing the hype. We've regretted using this company since the day they came to install Which leads me to our tiny bathroom window they smartly add a sticker that says do not press against the screen. It's probably because it's set with a cheap glue. Our screen has never been attached to the windows since the day they installed it we corrected this on our own because we were sick and tired of dealing with this company and their crap. The storm door was not capped off, nor were we given a bag of inserts to cap off our door and outside bugs crawled up in there and could come in my house through the strike plate on the door frame. I could not believe this. ???? The varnish is also coming off....What is happening?? This is not normal and I refuse to believe otherwise. These doors were EXPENSIVE, honey. I am also married to a man who Preaches quality over quantity. He was happy to spend lots of money on these doors to have good ones. These aren't it. There are too many other options out there to be spending this kind of money and be dealing with this many issues. We are now doing a whole home remodel and we are going to be spending some serious money but the best part is it will not be with Meyer windows and doors . I've taken a long time to write this review as I didn't want to make it out of anger. I've had multiple chances but held back. The fact I was verbally told several times about the lifetime warranty, regardless what is on a contract agreement has put me in a way.... The End.

04/14/2026 WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?…read moreChampion has THE worst customer service people that I have ever encountered. I purchased new windows along with extensive siding and gutters years ago and had to have some windows replaced this past February 2026 bc of seal issues. I opened all my windows 2 days ago bc of the weather being nice. One day later, I noticed that one of the new replacements' glass had just cracked. After spending an endless amount of time on a call with these godless people, I still have no resolution. A manager, supposedly named "Jasmine", but her name may just have well been "Beotch" since she brings no value and it was apparent that she doesn't care about Champion customers, came on the call and went through a predetermined list of answers/responses to my questions. Jasmine, who thinks she's high and mighty, stuck to Champion's rule that after 30 days, all bets are off and CHAMPION WILL FORCE YOU TO PAY THEIR CHARGE OF REPLACING THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCT. Even though it was just replaced a couple months prior and that same minimum charge was paid back then (8 weeks). In February it took me almost 3 months for the replacements. This time I have broken glass and Champion could care less. Who knows how long it will take this time? I asked Jasmine: "Why would I ever buy another Champion product bc of this customer service BS?" She stated she could not answer bc it was a hypothetical question.!!! Why do they hire these low life degenerate service mouthpieces who don't care or have any empathy for their company's long loyal customers?

DO NOT contract with Champion. Save yourselves at all cost, literally…read more TLDR: It took Champion 47 weeks and 4 doors to deliver the correct, unblemished door that I ordered and now, they will not do anything to resolve the issues that were entirely due to their own mistakes. See my detailed description of the nightmare customer and quality service I have experienced with Champion below. I ordered a door on 9/18/23. The wrong model was delivered on 11/28. I contacted Camille Saleh, the sales manager who sold me the door. He said he input the wrong model number & initiated a new door order. I had concerns about quality as I saw visible defects w/ the door. Mr. Saleh never responded. I contacted Champion & expressed my concern for quality issues. They said there wouldn't be any quality issues. On 2/19 I received a door w/ visible defects. I called & spoke to Amanda Hillsmans. She indicated a new door would be ordered. On 6/11 the 3rd door was delivered. The door, was the wrong style. I called on 6/11 & was connected w/ Ms. Hillsmans. She ordered another door. I expressed frustration as I had taken off 4 days of work & would have to take a 5th day to receive another door. Ms. Hillsmans said they would offer me a Saturday delivery. I felt this wasn't a reasonable resolution. I explained that I was expecting a refund as Champion has not delivered on the product that I ordered. I was told Champion does not offer refunds & is in fact losing money remaking the door. The only reason Champion has lost money on remakes is due entirely to their mistakes. I've lost time & money taking off work. I asked to speak to a manager above Ms. Hillsmans as I felt she wasn't able to help me & her comment that Champion is losing money remaking the door was inappropriate. She said she would ask a manager to contact me within 48hrs. I wasn't contacted. I called on 6/17 & reached Ms. Hillsmans. Again, she stated she would email a manager to ask that I be contacted. I didn't hear from anyone. I tried to call directly on 6/20 but her voicemail was full. I called on Monday the 24th & Ms. Hillsmans was finally able to connect me w/ a manager, Tyler. He said that Champion "stands by their product" & will deliver the door. He said champion doesn't offer "refunds or compensation." The only thing Tyler said he could do was to offer a Saturday installation, which doesn't resolve anything. He said Champion offers a lifetime warranty on products, but I'm not invoking the warranty. I hadn't yet received the door that would stay on my house for which I might need to invoke a warranty. What good is a warranty on a product that hasn't been delivered? As a result of my conversations w/ Ms. Hillsmans & Tyler, I filed a BBB consumer complaint & Ohio Attorney General consumer complaint. I received a call in late July that the 4th door was ready for installation in August. The rep who called did not offer a Saturday delivery. The door was delivered & installed on 8/13, 47 weeks after I ordered the door. Once installed, one of the techs indicated that there was a balance to be paid. I let him know that I was not intending to make that payment as I've been trying to reach a resolution w/ Champion. He stated that there was a note in his paperwork not to leave my residence without payment. If there was a problem, the note said to contact Tyler or kk. The tech let Tyler know that I didn't plan on paying the remaining balance. Tyler indicated to the technician that he would contact me directly. It has been three weeks & I haven't heard from him. In the meantime, I received an email asking for my feedback. I am appalled at the service I have received. Communication has all been at my urging/insistence. Champion has done absolutely nothing to right the mistakes that were entirely on their part. The contract that was set by Champion promised a door to be delivered in 14-16 weeks. It took 47. Champion is in breach of contract. No one has reached out to me to offer any form of resolution. I am left to consider my options to recoup the time & money I have lost dealing w/ poor customer & quality service from Champion.

I told him from the very beginning that I was a disabled Veteran with limited income and that was my concern the cost. I couldn't afford it Logan said since it was damage from the wind and hail storm wole had just had that my insurance should cover the damage repair. He inspected & took pics & help me start a claim. After the adjustors came out from from USSA they gave an estimate. I told him that I had a limited income and couldn't afford to pay out of pocket the deductible amount of $2000 I could not afford that out of pocket expense. Logan agreed they would take that off the amount Logan agreed that I would only pay the amount minus the deductible. I told him I asked for the paperwork for the quote Logan said it would be sent to me so I agreed. After that this was about a week after the insurance company had approved claim the roofers came they brought a dumpster and it took a day to finish most of the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing sharp. When I went to look there was a part missing shingles & a spot right near the porch I took pictures of it & contacted Logan. Logan stopped answering directly. Shannon did his brother Said they would be out to fix it they did a few days later. Shannon said could they get a payment I again asked for the written quote and he said that his girlfriend who is the office manager was sending it out. He asked for a payment and I gave him a bank cheque for $9000. The next week foreman to start the siding while I wasn't home he pulled back a portion of the siding was pulled back & they found no board or insulation. The builders built the house without it. I was shocked when Shannon called & told me this. He told me that they would reach out to USAA. A few day later he called me saying they wouldn't cover it it was going to be $3000 extra that my policy didn't allow for that. I told him I don't have that. He said that it was necessary to be to code. I told him that I told Logan that I am a disabled Veteran with limited income and didn't have it. I talked with my brother about 3 days later who said I should have gotten something from my insurance stating that and I should call myself. I called come to find out that Shannon never called at all he had given me a price without talking with USAA. They said they had no record prior to my call regarding the missing insulation and boards. They knew nothing till I called. I asked could it be covered and they sent it back to the adjustors who reached out to them. They had already bought the siding which was sitting in my driveway prior to me finding out that I had no board or insulation I wanted to walk away right then because he lied because trust had been broken. I made sure that I texted to have a record and took videos and pictures. I asked him what kind of boards were needed he told me and I went to look online for them myself. Found them for much cheaper than I was told at home depot. I called him after USAA said they would cover it. I nearly maxed my card. After that I bought the board for roughly $600 not $3000 I was told by Shannon plus the box of nails and tarps to cover and go under to protect them. I called him after I had them delivered and said I had bought the board. He proceeded to tell me how they had to go back and for with the insurance company. However USAA had already contacted me letting me know that my policy covered that provision. They started a few days later. I was told by my neighbor they had used their electric for their equipment. I apologized I thought they would have their own like the roofers did. They also had left my water on. I found out after coming home from my brothers. The board were uncovered. They had leaned item against my neighbors house, destroyed their rare flower on the side of the house and trash and debris was everywhere. I had my nephew move the items leaning against my neighbors house. We also bagged up the scattered trash some nine bags with my garbage bags. I took videos and pictures after this happened multiple days I called and texted Logan and Shannon about this also. I leave right next to a nature preserve I was worried about the siding being off and nothing covering it leave it open to the rain and rodents. He said the would take of $150 for the water. Which mind you over the next 8 weeks would be left on all the time. They started leaving trash & construction debris everywhere. Leaning equipment, materials & trash against my neighbors house. Board uncovered my home exposed nephews, other family. They also used my outdoor outlet for my stairlift they unplugged& broke it had to call the VA for a repair& was without my lift. Which I needed. I injured myself on the debris left in the yard. Causing injury Finished 2 mths later. NEVER got estimate broke my flood lights leaking gutters
