This issue also contained a 2008 camp and sports directory. Each issue contains a monthly calendar of family friendly events.

I find this magazine quite interested as to how it relates to my job. I work in development in the arts so putting names to faces for the Cincinnati arts VIP's is good for me to do. I do, however, wonder what use it gives to the average Cincinnatian as it is quite chock filled of just pictures of people. It is really interesting to see all that goes on in our community when it comes to arts and community service organizations. I saw pictures of benefits for organizations that I didn't know existed but now I do. There were even pictures of the gala at my organization which was before I started working but I thought was pretty neato! So pick up a copy and explore!

Because it encompasses more than one month, there are always some announcements of events that have already occurred by the time I pick up an issue. I have been on the L & E Research email list for several years. Email invites ask you to complete…read morea brief survey about an upcoming study or focus group in the area. I recently completed one about a political focus group. I was pleased to get a call to confirm if I qualify and was surprised to hear that I did. This was a weeknight evening event from 8:00 to 10:00 PM an unusual time for such things. I had to arrive 30 minutes early as it stated in the confirmation email which included the directions. Directions are necessary as the drive to the parking lot is a left off of a road that is off the main road. I was the first one to arrive at the facility in Blue Ash. I received a friendly greeting when I checked in at the counter that is on right upon entering. There is a large comfortable waiting area with lite refreshments available on the other side of the counter. I was given a 2 page survey to fill out. It took about 5 minutes. Soon the other participants arrived. A few minutes after 8:00 PM another associate came out and read off a list of names. Three of us were left to wait ten minutes to see if a substitute person was needed. No one was so we were paid $100 cash as if we participated and were able to leave. On another occasion I participated in a different focus group. It was a fun experience as you get to answer questions and give your opinion. There are very comfortable rooms with large conference tables down the hall. The restrooms are also down the hall on the left. Unfortunately Infitech was purchased by Prosource in early 2013 and since then our experience has been dreadful. I thought it was perhaps because we were a small office and Prosource has many larger customers. However I've learned from two other businesses (much larger than mine) that they too are very disappointed. It seems that Prosource's service and support has deteriorated substantially in the last two years. If you need an IT firm for your business I suggest you look elsewhere
