No change in status, no nothing, until I called on 6/12 to see what was happening. I spoke to a rep on the phone and told her I had placed my order 5/25. She took my number, told me someone would be in touch, and I didn't hear from anyone. I called back the next day -- nearly 24 hours after my initial 3:30 call the day before-- and spoke to a manager, who told me that he had heard about my order, which had "fallen through the cracks." (So the management heard about my order, but couldn't be bothered to call me about it -- I had to call them.) He apologized and told me that the order would be put in that day. I checked my order status page all weekend -- no change. In fact, it still says "printing in progress" now. It took another call after the weekend was over to find out that the order had finally shipped close to a month after I placed it. The rep on the phone apologized and promised me coupon codes to help make up for my bad experience. Naturally, these were never emailed to me, either. And I'm not making another call. Corporate Document Solutions strikes me as a disorganized, reactive (rather than proactive) business which doesn't care about its customers (maybe my small press isn't corporate enough or something; I don't know). If I were you, I'd pursue other options than these folks.
