There is only one location, which is in Covington, close to the Parish Kitchen, etc. I feel safe dropping off my donations, and I always get a receipt for my taxes. Note that the donation drop-off is behind the building in a parking lot. You have to ring the intercom for service.

She had appointments and procedures scheduled every day for a week, and being able to stay so near the hospital was great! I was blown away with RMH! They have thought of and provided everything a family could need while away from home whether for a short term or a long term stay. The house can serve over 170 families, is clean and inviting, and has the happiest staff around. We were met with smiles and encouragement at every turn. The rooms are well outfitted and in good repair. There are activities throughout the day for both parents and children. We used the arts and crafts room, the toy room, the indoor playground, the outdoor playground, the exercise room, the library, and the laundry area. My granddaughter loved the therapy dogs that came to visit. We were served lunch and dinner each day and breads and cereals for breakfast. There was a large family kitchen area that was fully stocked if you wanted to cook your own meal. All of this was provided at no cost to the family. After experiencing this place with my family, I can tell you that I will be an avid supporter of RMH and the services provided to families with children needing medical attention. This is truly love in action.

Volunteers (Jean, Amanda, Julie, Amy) were so helpful, supportive, friendly. I can't praise them enough. In just 5 days my "scaredy" cat has left his hiding place, explored the house and is happily settling in. I think this reflects the good care he received at STAF while awaiting a new home.

They do absolutely everything they can to make sure that all of the animals' best interests are considered and taken care of. What I appreciated so much is how much detail I received from them. I knew what each cat was eating, their history, medical information and more. We received a huge goodie bag filled with food for each cat, litter, toys, treats and more. Having this makes the transition from the shelter to home go so much better. We worked with Jean who is amazing! Thank you so much for your concern, the details you provided and your honesty. If you ever need job coaching they have that too and free child care while your here shopping in their open door food pantry that operates Wednesday thru Saturday - Call for specific hours of operation. From time to time they offer a free health clinic with student nurses to check you out and get you better and they offer so many resources to the community. There are SO many services offered here, to begin listing them almost seems like a futile pursuit! I went for job coaching and help with my resume. I have done this twice now, and both times, it has set me up in such a good position that I have gotten a job very shortly after my visit there! The atmosphere of the place is very relaxing, there is a cool little waterfall in the open area, and all of the classrooms and the prayer chapel are all very comfortable. That's a good thing if you find yourself in a position to need help. I would recommend anyone who needs just a little help to stop by here. You will be greeted warmly and will get to sit down with an assessor who will help you figure out what services you need. I'm thankful that I was able to get the help I needed and now that I am able to help others!

Blue Manatee Literacy Project is one of my favorite places in Cincinnati. They have such a great…read moreassortment of gifts and books for every age, and are constantly getting new things! Their mission is what really makes them stand out in the community though! Every book you purchase, whether child, adult, in person or online, they donate a book to a school in need! I love knowing that by expanding my daughter's library we are also helping out kids right here in Cincinnati who may not have access to new books without programs like BMLP.

I ordered some Christmas gifts online and they were a great price and shipped quickly. I had accidentally checked local delivery instead of shipping. An employee called me and changed to shipping and didn't charge me shipping prices even after I offered to pay. Very lovely employees.
