This is my go to dispensary as it's closest to my apartment, service is usually good, but I probably won't be returning after today. Today I went in with exactly $30 planning on buying the $15ish dollar disposable dab pen I've gotten 2 or 3 times before. The budtender told me they only have a $30 one so I asked if that's $30 flat or if there's tax. He said $30 out door then told me there's an ATM fee if I'm using card (my bad, I had spaced that). So I called my boyfriend who sent me an extra $5 and then I went back up and asked if $35 was enough for it with the ATM fee and the budtender goes "I don't know ?" So I say "well do you know the ATM fee ?" which he immediately says is 3.50. The whole interaction just made me super uncomfortable and anxious. His response made me feel like I was dumb for asking a question that he clearly knew the answer to because he then told me right after I asked what the ATM fee was. He was there for the whole conversation, I'm not sure why he acted like he had no clue what was going on and made me feel like an idiot for asking a question. read more

I ordered some hash online. The picture showed a small brick. When I got home with my order I realized it was powdered. It looked like keef. I returned to the store and asked to exchange it for some actual hash. They refused, and their reason was that sometimes they use stock photos when they don't have actual photos of the product. This store needs education in customer service since the products same as everywhere else same sake days... nothing sets them apart except wouldn't go back. This place is a joke. I went in there spent $70 and was told to keep my receipts. I purchased two disposable half gram pens. One pen was $30 and the other was $40. I thought it was odd the bud tender told me to hold onto my receipts in case something didn't work so I took her advice and that's what I did. Of course when I get home the $40 pin only lasted for a few hours before the battery started blinking at me. I know this was a defective pen based on how long I've been smoking and I also got a pen of the same caliber and size that is still working right now. Thankfully I took her advice and kept the receipt. Or so I thought. When I went to go return the pin the bud tender told me on top of the receipt I also needed the packaging. . . Correct me if I'm wrong but if you buy something that is disposable why in your right mind would you ever keep the trash? I brought back the defective pen and the receipt and I only bought it two days prior. Apparently this wasn't enough and I was denied a return. Keep in mind I've never returned a weed item in my life and would not of even done this if I wasn't warned the pen might be defective in the first place. I am from California and only in town for two weeks I will never come back to this place again. I brought up my concerns with the people at the counter and even followed up with a phone call and disbelief as to how I was treated. This place is trash and I will be making sure to let everyone know. I go to places like this to relieve pain especially for headaches not to go there create a new headache and then when I ask for help with the headache I'm given another headache. This place is a headache and sucks. They really did not give a shit about remedy the situation at all. read more

Veterans Beware, The clerks are too stoned/stupid to do simple math on a calculator and I was stupid enough not to get a receipt. I'll never trust a stoned pot dealer in the morning with my money. This is the place that I have consistently gone to for many years now so my patronage speaks for itself. If I were going to say anything bad it is that the turnover is insane and I never see anyone last more than a few weeks or months at most. The rapid turnover of employees destroys any hope of anything other than a transactional relationship and that in turn is a threat to brand loyalty. read more

This used to be a great shop. Clean and nice friendly staff. Today, it's a shit show. The parking lot is usually filled with transients asking you for money or weed. If you refuse you get cussed out. If you informed the staff they typically shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. The store feels dirty and the staff spends too much time showing different products and chit chatting while the line grows.
