I have found over the years that a cleaning company or person usually does a good job the first few times, but eventually they begin to rush things and the job is not done as well 3 months down the road as it was the first time. Not so with Tracy. She is present on every job and makes sure her helpers do a good job as well. I have used her services for 6 consecutive months on a bi-monthly basis and I am very pleased each and every time. She uses her own supplies, unless the client has particular cleaners they want used, in which case the client supplies their own. Her fee is based on an hourly rate, with a 4 hour minimum. I have a 4000 sq ft home and my rate varies between $100 to $150 per cleaning, depending on how much I need done. I consider it a very reasonable rate for the size of my home. She and all of her helpers speak fluent English, so communication is never an issue.
