Rates are competitive; however, I noticed for another company her rates are higher but she does things they do not do. After receiving the service her prices are well worth it. She arrived as planned for the estimate and took time to walk my house with me and inquire about what I needed and what she could do. Yesterday, they did everything she said they would and more. They arrived on time, with a text letting me know they were on the way. Three people including Idalia for a deep cleaning. They were all wearing uniformed company tshirts. They brought their own supplies. Very respectful of my home. Communication was easy throughout the time they were here. For example, I opted for the extra charge to get my fridge cleaned. It sparkled like new and she made sure to let me know about a compartment that could not be pulled out to be cleaned. I appreciated the effort. I have a 3 story home and in four hours they touched everything leaving my home fresh and comfortable. With another service I felt as though I had to constantly ask for basic things to be done. Not with Segovia! Of course I scheduled for my next cleaning and hope to be on a schedule going forward. I so appreciate Idalia's professionalism but the cherry on top is how she shared her story and passion for what she does. It definitely shows. I'm happy to support a local and woman owned business. I was quoted a figure for the "Normal" cleaning service for a home my size and then Quoted an additional figure for each additional service requested. I am placing my home on the Market for sale and had requested the Deep Clean and paid for such. I have had 2 visits from this service and have yet to have kitchen counters that have been wiped down or a bedroom floor that has been mopped or a completed room. After speaking to the home cleaners they were not even told half of what was expected. I feel like I have been the victim of bait and switch. Here pay for this and this is what you get....
