Used this agency to book a trip. We bought tickets about 5 months prior to our trip to get good seats. The agent printed the tickets for our flight. Then crossed the seat numbers and gave us new seats. Which were closer to the front. Sounds great right? Wrong! Little we know. We were seated at row 31. We showed the agent at the airport our printed ticket with confirmation. They said its hand written so it doesn't mean anything. We ended up changing our seats to economy plus. Since there were a few seats left and ended up paying extra. The rest of the flight was overbooked. This being delta. And with delta it's common to overbook a flight. Won't be using this company ever again. It was our first and last time. If you are using this company and they will print you your ticket. Make sure the seats that you got are printed and not hand written. Otherwise you'd go through what I went through read more

I would not recommend using this travel agency. We used this travel agency to book my cousin's bachlorette party in DR. We decided to stay at the punta cana princess. When we arrived the resort was undergoing major construction and all we could hear was construction noise. The construction was in our building. We asked to switch rooms. We moved rooms to the newly renovated rooms, these rooms were cover in construction dust and the showers did not drain properly and resulted in a flood EVERY time anyone showered. We were told there were no other rooms to switch to and that the rooms were originally had are now under construction. When we returned to our trip we contact Melissa Cahill our agent and told her about the condition of the resort and our experience. Melissa was professional in our correspondence but ultimately was unable to rectify the situation. We had to speak to her manager to get a concession. The resort refunded each member of the party approximately $50 and cinderella travel gave each of us $50 of travel credit. If we had been told while we were deciding where to take our trip that the resort was under construction we would have made a different choice and gone to another resort. We made the best of the impossible experience and wanted a refund for the trip. We felt it was the travel agency's responsibility to disclose the information about the construction. Melissa admitted that the resort had told them they were under construction but assure her that we would not be affected. The construction was loud, it obstructed a direct path to walk around the resort, the rooms were dirty with construction dust and grime. There were unsavory construction workers that watched us and made us feel uncomfortable to walk around. I do not recommend using this agency because they will not disclose IMPORTANT information about the resort. read more

So after 3 successful travels with this Travel agency I decided to post my experience. Tamara (our now go to travel agent) has exceeded all of my expectations from the first booking we did with her back in June of 2013 when we decided to fly to Cancun for our Honeymoon. Considering how picky I am she recommended one of the best adults only resorts available for Honeymooners. She also made some arrangements that we get one of their best suites and the Resort took excellent care of us with room delivery of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a gift for our honeymoon and a warm letter with a congratulatory message. Just the perfect touch to our already amazing vacation. Months later we decided to book another trip to Puerto Rico (first time flying there had no idea what to expect). Tamara recommended aside from the hotel that we also book some breathtaking tours. Which we did and boy were we impressed !! The old Puerto Rican town is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend for anyone that is traveling there to explore the ruins.....9 months later we decided to book yet another trip but this time to the beautiful Happy Island, Aruba! It was also the first time for us and we absolutely loved every minute of it. Tamara recommended one of the top Resorts (adults only) and despite there being construction next door at another resort she made sure to book our room on the other side of the building to avoid all the drilling noise. We had the best time ever!!!! I cannot wait to book another trip with this agency. I recommended by word of mouth to a few of my acquaintances and they too were pleased! If you want an agency that is highly experienced with all the exotic places high and low go to Cinderella Travel Agency! With the right approach these agents are willing to do anything for you ! Travelling to Russia can be very challenging, especially with regards to Visa documentation. Marina has helped me out so many times with problems that I created for myself. I am guilty of leaving things to the last minute at times, and each time I have had an issue, She has come through for me. We took our first trip booked by Josephine in 2008 and have used her packages for cruises, tropical, and international destinations ever since. Josephine is knowledgeable of the areas where she sends her clients. Thanks to her we had a beautiful honeymoon in Maui in 2009. She made sure that we get the best worth for our money. When we were in Jamaica in 2013 she got on the phone on a Sunday with the hotel manager to ensure that the conditions at our room were superior. My wife and I used Cinderella Travel for our recent wedding and honeymoon in Mexico. We highly recommend asking for Marat, he was able to successfully book everything for us and everyone in our wedding party and it was honestly the best vacation we have ever had. I hate to see someone gave them such a bad review based on the hotel (doesn't sound like it was Cinderella's fault, more the hotels) but I digress as there were some things I could write about the hotel (Excellence in Riviera Maya, which was still pretty awesome) but they were no fault to Marat and we don't blame them at all. My wife was extremely anxious/nervous using a travel agency so far from home and not ever meeting them face to face. Not to mention some of our friends/family weren't being exactly cooperative in contacting Marat to make arrangements and a few flights of course got delayed. But nonetheless Marat went to bat for us, got flights changed at the last minute (we actually somehow ended up in Mexico an hour earlier) and got our hotel transportation moved up as well (first class, champagne, cold towels, and chocolate in the car!) and the rest of the trip went off beautifully. I should also mention the hotel tried to overcharge us, quoting us rates higher than what Marat quoted us, which obviously alarmed us and threw up some red flags. But Marat again told us not to worry and to his credit was able to work with the hotel to give us the rates we were originally quoted. Just one of the many reasons I felt the need to write this. We are already planning our 5 year anniversary doing the exact same thing (even same hotel) and fully plan to use Cinderella Travel once again. I highly recommend them for your travel needs, especially if you are planning a wedding or traveling with a group of people. read more

Marat helped my husband and I plan a very unique "fire and ice" honeymoon to Alaska and Hawaii which consisted on a 7 night Alaskan cruise followed by 7 nights in Hawaii (islands of Maui and Kauai). Our two major requests were to stay within out budget and at the same time have the best of everything. Marat was able to book us a fabulous two week vacation, he got us the nicest rooms at 5 star hotels as well as a balcony suite on the ship. In addition, he booked us flights, car rentals, as well as breakfast and drink packages (in Alaska AND Hawaii) all within our budget. At time we were a little bit indecisive on which hotels to stay at and which flights to chose. Marat was very patient with us and guided us through the entire process. Our trip consisted on a lot of detail....Marat planned everything and sent us a briefcase of all our documents, confirmations, and itineraries. The trip was smooth sailing from beginning to end.
