The office manager is the rudest woman you can encounter and she can't answer a single question you have. I have made a formal complaint against this practice. All for not writing a note for my son to receive Claritin at school because they want to re-evaluate him for seasonal allergies. I have been coming to this location for years and have gotten allergy medication recommended from them. However, as soon as they saw the opportunity to not help, they were all too ready to tell me they won't give my son a note for school. if you are in need of relief from seasonal allergies as a 13 year black little boy, there must be some more sinister at play. As they refused to sent the school a note saying it is ok for my child to reicieve a Claritin tablet. The kid you have been seeing for years!!!! Well done to the team here for out doing yourselfs in doing nothing!!!! I will file many more complaints. someone needs to go check in on them and their "policy"

And even as an adult the service has been fine. Until i had to go to the gynecologist. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes without seeing a soul, to see a women come over, no apology. No sign saying ill be right back. Then i waited about 15 minutes to only go in get blood pressue checked then sent BACK out to wait another 30 minutes to then be sent into a room to wait more. If you are short staffed or too busy schedule me for another day or give me a call or something. Why they only have one doctor and one front desk worker is beyond me. But god knows when i get pregnant one day you can bet i will NOT be coming here.

I was here last week and after the intake survey, she told me to meet her at the front to be let in. I waited 10 minutes in the freezing cold and finally another nurse came out and said she didn't know why I was still waiting and that I should go back to my car. I did. Then another lady came out looking for me 6 minutes later. I figured it was for me do I got out of the car and again water st the door for another few minutes till she came back. When she did, she scolded me for going back to my car and said she had to take another call. No apology and even blocked the door and wasn't going to let me in because I was upset that she made me stand outside for nearly 20 min. This is the same office that read me wrong test results. I do not recommend.
