After much research and recommendations I hired Cindy Cinderella Carriages for my Groom to ride in on the horse at our Indian wedding. This company was really nice and easy to work with. Good communication up until the day of the event - and then on the day they showed up even earlier than expected, which was nice. The horse - Daisy - was wonderfully dressed, as was Cyndi. Daisy was very calm and not at all bothered by the large amount of people or loud music - this was great as we had never dealt with horses before and were slightly nervous, but Cyndi was very confident everything would be fine and that reassured us. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. THEY ACTUALLY TRIED TO RUIN MY WEDDING. I called these guys months in advance for my wedding. I am southasian and they claim that they do southasian weddings. They told me they had an umbrella and their carriage was decorated. I had my decorator additional to have the carriage decorated. On the day of the event, as I was sitting in the carriage getting ready to go on my baraat, the lady driving the carriage was pretty much asking me nonstop to get paid. She would not proceed until she had money in her hand. I had to leave my event and find my dad as he had an envelope in his hand. He gave it to them immediately. I didn't know it was all so they could then try to ruin my event once they had cash in hand. First they managed "have their umbrella stolen" so the carriage wasnt decorated properly. Not a big deal, but they should have called me and told me because I specifically asked about it. Instead of buying a new one, they just came without it, and told me DURING MY EVENT. While my baraat was going on, the lady driving the carriage turned around and said she would not stay till the pre-determined time. This is a big issue, because we needed the carriage for after the ceremony! My wife wanted to leave our ceremony in a fairytale carriage. Whats worse is she's telling me this DURING THE EVENT. She was ridiculously unprofessional and rude. We tried to pay them extra, but they were demanding insane amounts to stay the time we discussed on the phone. IN short, these guys are disorganized, don't call you back before your event, don't tell you when they change their services. Try to take your money, then put you in a bad position while your event is going on. At the end of the day we paid them a lot of and they stayed for 15 minutes and bounced even though we contracted to have them to stay for a few hours. They didn't offer a refund or try to fix their issues. They over committed and then didn't deliver at all. They told me these things DURING MY EVENT. Lucky for us we used my cousins nice car instead of their carriage. Use ANYONE else so your event doesn't get ruined. read more

I rented the pumpkin coach for a little girl's princess party. The coach arrived on time and looked great. I was told the coachman would be in costume. Unfortunately, she was only wearing a costume hat, being dressed in a black t shirt, black pants and boots. The look wasn't bad, but not what I was expecting. They were very good about parking away from the party and setting up the coach so that when they arrived, there was no loss of the magic of their appearance. This company was incredible! When I first reached out to Cyndi to inquire about getting a horse & carriage for my wedding, she was extremely nice and helpful. Even with me being indecisive in the beginning, she was very patient with me and was there to answer all of my calls and questions. When I finally decided to go with this company, Cyndi allowed me to pick out the horses that I wanted & the carriage. I was very specific on how I wanted the entrance to go for my ceremony and Cyndi was so sweet and very easy to work with. She even agreed to go down to the venue with me so we can both map out how I wanted my grand entrance to be for the wedding! She also gave great ideas and suggested the perfect entrance - which I ended up going with! On the day of the wedding, Cyndi was on time, extremely professional and made sure my special day was PERFECT! All of my guests said the horse & carriage was the icing on the cake. My Wife and I had our Wedding April 12 2014. We loved the horses and the staff are very professional and polite. We found them online and when we called they had open arms, we came to their home where the horses were and were able to have the opportunity to meet the horses as part of our consultation and choose which carriage we would like to us. They have a variety of carriages and it all depends on what you are looking for your vision. We immediately fell in love with the idea using their service and made the commitment. Prior to our wedding date the staff contacted us to see what is the time frame so they can coordinate with staff to make sure our day runs smooth during the time of their services. The day of the wedding felt magical with the horses, the carriage was beautiful, and the timing was great. The worst customer service ever! We had one phone conversation with the manager Cyndi and booked a horse for our event based on that. She never contacted us again until the day of the event. The horse and guide shows up before the event where our wedding coordinator had a check ready to make the remainder of the payment. She refused to start our event until we gave her cash. We were able to get her cash and make the payment. Problem remedied by my event coordinators. The manager actually called me 10 mins later, while I was waiting to walk down the aisle and tell me off because I didn't have cash ready before hand and that she was doing me a favor by going forward with the event. Really, who does that? Call a bride right before she gets married to tell her off, when she got paid in the end. Next time if she wants cash the day of the event, call and confirm that the day or week before. And if she wants to let the bride know she "did her a favor by starting the event", she should wait until after the wedding. I'm a wedding coordinator myself and have never had a vendor act like that before. So much for trying out a new business. read more

My husband had come up with the idea that I should arrive at the top of the aisle in a horse-drawn carriage. We were looking at various companies and wanted a unique carriage that was not overly ornate. We came across Cindy and saw their beautiful cinderella-style carriage. We knew we had to have it! Cyndi and Stan were WONDERFUL to work with. In the weeks leading up to the wedding we had some issues with finding a good spot for the carriage to park. Cyndi and Stan were quick to respond to my e-mails and together we came up with a plan for where the carriage should park. (We wanted to keep the carriage a surprise for family and friends so part of the working was making sure it was far enough away from the ceremony site). On the day of the wedding the parking plan fell through, but Cyndi and Stan were able to find a doable alternative and communicated with my wedding coordinator about their location. They were so flexible with the change. The carriage, horses, and Cyndi (the driver) were decorated beautifully. Riding in the carriage was definitely one of the highlights of the wedding and one of the things my guests commented about the most. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a carriage to go through Cyndi and Stan. read more
