    Heather did an absolutely incredible job from the very beginning. I was planning a wedding from out of state while also working long hours, so I didn't have much time. Heather kept me on track while making sure every detail was taken care of. She reminded me about details I didn't even think of. Then when we had to push back our wedding a year due to COVID, Heather was so supportive. The month before, Heather took over all communication with all of our vendors. As somebody that has a bit of a Type A personality, it was hard for me to sit back, but Heather had every detail taken care of. She communicated with all of our vendors, redid the timeline multiple times to accommodate any and all changes, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The best gift any bride can get is to be able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about any detail and Heather did exactly that. Our wedding ran smoothly and if anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. Heather took care of every detail and made sure everything was on time. Our wedding ran on time the whole night, which is honestly unheard of. I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day and if there was anything that needed to be done, Heather quickly said "I got it." Her assistant, Kari, was just as wonderful and I couldn't be more thankful. The whole night and days after our wedding guests kept raving about how incredible Heather was. I would recommend Heather and her team to everybody!

    I am just mind blown on their professionalism and their anticipation on situations. I was looking for a "day of" wedding coordinator, their work was more than i expected (attending wedding rehearsal, venue walk through and catering). Courtney was handling final details and her and Heather made the last couple of weeks and most importantly the day of run smoothly. They made my wedding timeline go as smoothly as possible and they even made sure my husband and I had time to enjoy a meal I would definitely hire them again for upcoming special events and most importantly I would definitely recommend them to anyone. You Will not regret going with forever and always!

    We had the pleasure of having both Heather and Kari coordinate our wedding. Where to start?! After postponing our wedding due to COVID, we were able to quickly pick a new date and transition all the vendors over. There were areas we wanted to cut costs such as making some of the DIY decorations & welcome signs. Heather & Kari were able to organize which pieces came from us and which décor came from the florist. On the day of our wedding we had an idea of what the reception would look like but once we stepped in for the first time, it was unreal. The attention to detail was spot on-from the picture frames on the fireplace mantels to vegan/children's menus going to the appropriate guests. We couldn't have imagined our day without them and we were glad not to cut any costs in the planning department. Even through last minute updates to the seating chart or wedding party order, they never waivered. On our wedding day Heather & Kari guided us through the jam packed schedule, despite a pesky fire alarm we were able to enjoy the day without worry. They truly made the process seamless and helped us enjoy the big day even more. Thank you Forever and Always!

    I originally had a wedding planned for June 2020 but we all know how summer weddings went. Stressed and unsure of what to do, Heather was more than willing to work with us until we had a plan in place. Not only did we change our date to August, we changed our location from West Covina to San Diego. Heather was more than willing to do whatever to make sure we had a wedding. Helping me figure out a place that would be willing to host a reception was the most challenging and if it wasn't for Heather, we probably would not have found a place. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was set and even had to make sure some yogis did not invade our ceremony site! So because of her, I do not have pictures of people in the background doing downward dog! Thanks, Heather! I cannot thank her enough for helping me through all the frustrations and stress of dealing with a covid wedding. Our ceremony site was setup better than I envisioned and the reception went off without any problems! It was a perfect day!

The bridal suite and upstairs loft area was great for pre-ceremony photos and the main area (used for both cocktail hour and reception) was the perfect blend of elegance, rustic charm, and cute accents. They also have a photo booth which we and our guests (we ended up with 90 total) loved! The night went so smoothly (they went above and beyond by improvising a tie breaker for our shoe game with a twist, wrapping our tossing bouquet in flower tape last-minute, and letting us borrow items like a card box and dessert stands/cutlery. Our 6-week coordinator Jamie was an absolute superstar in helping us iron out those last little details, and she was a total sweetheart in all our meetings and text exchanges (she even sent us pictures she took at our wedding a few days later via text). I had previously worked with Creative Kids Parties for a Christmas party, so I decided to call them again. I was lucky enough to speak directly with the owner, Lisa. At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. The characters -- Donald Duck and his assistants, along with Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy -- did an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE job. The kids were completely engaged, happy, and entertained the entire time. It truly felt magical. Lisa supported me so much throughout the process -- I honestly couldn't have done it without her. From the start she was organized, responsive, and just really on top of everything. Wedding planning can get overwhelming fast, but she always made us feel like things were under control. The day of the wedding she handled so much behind the scenes and kept everything moving smoothly without making anything feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about what she does and wants the day to go well for you. Having her there made a huge difference. The venue itself is beautiful. Driving in through the vine-covered entrance and seeing the Victorian house and gardens immediately sets the tone. It already has so much character that you don't need a ton of extra decor to make it look great, which our photographer loved because there were so many photo spots around the property. Everything on the venue flows really well too. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all close together so guests never felt like they had to wander around trying to figure out where to go next. The bridal and groom suites were also really nice and gave us a place to relax and get ready before everything started. The staff were professional, organized, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day which helped take a lot of pressure off us. We also liked that the venue allowed some flexibility with vendors and personalization so the wedding still felt unique to us. By the end of the night our guests kept telling us how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. Overall it was an amazing experience and we're really glad we chose The Estate.

We met her when we were touring & she has been our main point of contact during planning. From food tasting, linen selection, et cetera... everything has gone well. Shoutout to Rigo our DJ for being a great MC & bringing in all the good vibes. He helped keep the dance floor packed. Another shoutout to our DOC Ismaela (if that's spelled correctly) she was very sweet & attentive on the day of! She helped with managing the timeline. The food was AMAZING as well. The bartenders sure made some awesome drinks. The flexibility with vendors was great. We did the signature package & have no regrets whatsoever for upgrading. We truly got our money's worth. We were so well taken care of. The team at the Estate will make your day extra special.

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
