Then the server brought out the shake and hands it to my husband and the lid wasn't on all the way and Red milkshake spilled all over his hands and jacket. She laughed then said she would get napkins while we sat there trying to contain the mess. She brought napkins but no offer to replace the spilled shake and then she continued to ask for payment from my husband as he is still cleaning up and covered.
