Not only was Cindy able to resolve the problem, but because of her letter, the IRS returned the "penalty check" we had already sent in, basically saying, your recent letter explains everything in detail to our satisfaction and we are returning your check, we no longer see an issue. When have you ever heard the IRS giving YOU back money for a mistake that you previously made. Without Cindy's expertise and quick response, my wife and I would have wound up paying thousands of dollars in penalty fees to the IRS. When I say Cindy is on your side, that is an understatement. After being the one to inconvenience me by dropping me one month before the tax deadline, she had the nerve to tell me that she wouldn't charge me for the work she'd already done for me this year. I should have known this was coming. Several years ago I was in her office once and heard her talking to a client on the phone. After Cindy hung up she said to the client as if s/he were there, "maybe you would understand this if you weren't so stupid." So here's a warning. Even if Cindy seems perfectly reasonable, competent and pleasant in person, know that she in fact has little respect for her clients and will leave you high and dry if you've somehow made her angry in any way.
