I explained to Monica in detail everything that needed to be done for Nemo which included meds and specific food guidance. Even though Nemo was probably a tough client due to his age and medical needs, Monica was so willing to help. I'm very grateful for all the help that Monica and her staff provided. Shortly after that, Gina called me and told me about who would be walking my dog. Within a minute of her scheduled time of arrival, the walker, a wonderful young woman named Olivia, appeared at my front door. Olivia is an experienced dog walker who is kind, compassionate, and the most punctual individual I've ever met. In the month that I've used the service, Olivia has never been more than three or four minutes late. When my dog sees her, he goes crazy. It's the happiest time of his day. He leaves with his tail wagging and returns smiling, panting, and tired. Exactly what we were looking for. Recently Olivia took a much-needed vacation for a few days. I made a phone call to Patric.
