Once I decided to utilize their services, Sitters4Critters were in constant communication with me finalizing all the arrangements. On the day of the transport, they confirmed they picked up the puppy and were waiting for my flight to arrive. They headed to the cell phone lot to walk him and try to feed him. I texted them when my flight landed and shortly afterwards met them and my new puppy! And the following morning they contacted me to ask how my flight home with the puppy went. They handle the dogs calmly, but with lots of structure and clear boundaries, which our dog desperately needs.
