He got all mad and said he was keeping the $250 for his time. He didn't spend any time on anything other than to drive 5 min. to our house to look at the top which he offered to do himself and now wants to hold it against us. The shop is clean, has an incredible variety of choices for drapery fabrics and styles and window blind types. The workshop is organized, large and visible to the client. I was astonished when I received a phone call late the next afternoon from the repair artist to tell me that the blind was finished. The efficiency, speed, superior quality and reasonable pricing will bring me back and has me spreading the news to others.
