We were looking at the fish and noticed that half of them were dead still in the cups or the tanks. One of the hamsters was dead just lying there and you could tell it had been days before anyone would even see. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, they just waved their hand and said they'll get to it when they have time. I was appalled and walked out. I called the health department to hopefully have someone go out there as there are dead animals in their tanks and not being dealt with, and it can be a hazard to other animals being put in the tanks or someone buying a pet that was inside with a deceased animal. I wanted to speak to their manager before I left and they told me that he wasn't available. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I hope that my phone call to corporate can resolve the issues with the store.

To my surprise they got me in the next day! The staff was very friendly and took great care of my little boy, Frank (mini long haired dachshund). I dropped him off around 10AM and he was done by 12:30. It was Franks first time at the groomer and he was happy and tail wagging when I brought him home. He has also never been this fluffy or soft, and his nails/paws looked great! He won't let me clip his nails at home and is finicky about his feet, but the groomer Ava had no issues at all. Highly recommend, reasonably priced, and will definitely come here again next time I'm in town.
