I had inspection performed my cingo in January 2022 The inspector stated that he inspected our roof with binoculars. However, after being denied home insurance because our roof was in disrepair, I learned that roof damage could be seen with the naked eye. Glistening like glitter had been thrown all over it meant the composition was breaking down and flaking away. This error cost me thousands of dollars. When this issue was presented to cingo their recourse was to blame me (the homebuyer) and offer a refund of my inspection. I do not recommend Cingo for any type of inspections. There negligence and lack of training shows! If you hire them for a home inspection expect to lose money and be ready to fix all the problems that they miss or just hire a reputable home inspector. Do not use this company for your home inspection. Ryan Cox did our inspection in Blackshear GA and he missed major structural issues and damaged areas on the home. It is now costing us thousands of dollars. We moved accross country and trusted them and now it's costing us and our family. They refuse to do anything to make it right either. So unless you want to take them to court and sue them after they mess up your inspection use anyone else. They were helpful until they realized they messed up and then things changed. read more

To any home buyer considering using Mr. Brad Smith the Cingo Home Inspector in the Aiken County South Carolina area please do not waste your time and money. We used him to do a home inspection that was far from professional or thorough. His report stated that he observed no issues when in fact after moving in we discovered there were in fact many.
