This is by far my favorite Cinnabon location! Every time we're out of town, we love coming here, and the customer service is always amazing. Gie was super friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He is truly great at his job and definitely deserves a raise! We tried the Double Chocolate drink, and WOW it is seriously chocolatey! Definitely one for the true chocolate lovers. The Raspberry Lemonade blended was also so yummy and refreshing! Was definitely a good experience, amazing and just what you think of when you think of Cinnabon

Nothing beats the sweetness of a warm cinnamon roll. And this place has taken cinnamon rolls completely to a new level. Unbelievable creativity the things this place has done to be creative. My sons always made me take them here on our trips to Tahoe. They love the rolls with all the fancy toppings. I just go for the basic roll, but not my sons, they always want the biggest, richest, most sugary one. I know we are going back next year. read more

Place is terrible. I just got the soft Cinnabon middle parts only and the girl microwave and it was still hard. I said to her is this old? She's like i don't know. Acted all whatever. I told her it was hard. She tried to give me another one but didn't really want to give it to me. I asked her well is that one old too? I don't what another one if it's the same thing. She just shrugs her shoulders. So I just threw it away. F*cken terrible. $8 down plus I added a tip. Smh read more

Went to Cinnabon for a cinnamon roll. I was greeted immediately by the two ladies working this morning. I ordered an extra side of icing which is .90¢, which was fine because the cinnamon rolls never have enough icing. The cinnamon roll was good, slightly "soggy" in the center but with cinnamon rolls of this size I imagine it's hard to get them to be cooked perfect without overcooking the outer edges. read more

He's working at the Cinnabon inside the casino, and honestly -- he deserves his own award. From the moment we walked up, Geego greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He didn't just take our order -- he made the entire experience feel special. He went above and beyond! In a busy casino environment, it's easy for service to feel rushed or impersonal -- but not with Geego. His positive energy and attention to detail stood out immediately. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys making people's day a little sweeter (literally and figuratively!). I've interacted with plenty of employees in all kinds of settings, but Geego is hands down one of the most remarkable people I've ever encountered in customer service. One Cinnabon makes a great breakfast meal replacement. Very substantial, delicious and fresh - its the breakfast of champions!!! Massive cinnamon roll - very impressive how it can stand alone - with cup of coffee and be a perfect breakfast. I'm not really into a formal sit down place in the AM - among other reasons - that can be very time consuming. Fresh as can be. Seemed like it was right out of the oven. Came in a little box so that the icing wouldn't get smashed up. Lake Tahoe is a place for adventurers. You are probably here to hike or some water sports... maybe just bum on the beach with your dogs... Have a Cinnabon and on with your day... A very nice way to start the morning - I was pleasantly surprised when one was brought back up for me - my usual routine if I'm in the Lake Tower is to go to Starbucks since its directly next to the elevator - but I think this is worth taking the additional few steps across the lobby. read more

This place was hands down the BEST customer service experience I've ever experienced thanks to Geego. Cinnamon rolls here taste like any other cinnamon roll you can get at a Cinnabon with an addition of serving Carnival ice cream for milkshakes and sundaes, but this specific location takes the cake for the best overall experience due to their amazingly friendly customer service. Almost every person that's helped us has been friendly. To end our night, we had the pleasure of meeting Geego. We stopped by the Cinnabon right after a few hours at the arcade. We were there to buy one Cinnabon rolls but ended up buying two Cinnabon rolls and two shakes and a great experience after being help by Geeg. He was great super friendly and fun, he recommended we buy the shakes because they were his specialty and he was absolutely right! Honestly I would go to Cinnabon again just to talk to Geeg haha. Was craving for soft-serve and found this hidden gem in the downstairs level between Harrah's and Harvey's! It's also right next to the arcade, which has so many fun and different types of games. I was genuinely surprised that it was still open since I came across this place after midnight. After checking on Yelp, I realized they close at 2am pst :) I got the regular size chocolate cone and kids' size vanilla cone. Both were very rich in its flavor. It wasn't even diluted at all.
