They…read moretalked about looking for an assisted living community were they could get the help they needed but also a facility that had a skilled nursing unit for those times when one of them needed a bit more care when needed. After visiting a few of the communities in the Moorestown Area they found that they really liked Brandywine because of the people that worked there treated them like family from the very first visit. Brandywine had everything they were looking for to live like they wanted. The daily schedule is full of activities, onsite services for beauty and healthcare were plentiful. The food is amazing with a great selection at every meal. My parents also like that they could still be independent by venturing out of the community almost everyday to grab a meal, go shopping, visit friends and attend church functions. Brandywine made this easy for them by providing a reserved parking spot close to the main entrance. If they were not able to drive they could arrange for the chauffer to take them to a Doctor appointment or other appointments. What really makes Brandywine great is the people that work there. They become part of the family and they treat the residents just like they are family. A few years ago my mother was diagnosed with cancer and it was determined that she would need hospice care. The hospice team and the Brandywine team worked together to make sure that my mother had everything she needed for her to live out the last few months of her life at her Brandywine home. The round the clock nursing staff was always making sure that my mother and father had everything they needed and kept my mother comfortable. When mom finally went home to be with the Lord, the Brandywine family came to the church to help celebrate her life and made sure that our family was aware that they would continue to care for my father like family. It is easy to see why I give Brandywine a 5 Star Rating. It is not only a great community but the people that they employ are the real reason for their success.

My husband and I moved my mom (Mercedes) into Brandywine in August of 2019 and everyone at Brandywine made mom feel so at home. She was very happy living at Brandywine and she built a lot of great relationships. But more importantly, several months after mom's move into the she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Mom was placed in their hospice program which was exceptional. The nurses, aides and management were so attentive and cared for her in such a loving way. I don't know who is watching over these people, but they interviewed me and were SO nice and welcoming. I lived there 2 weeks and the asked me to leave for no reason. There was nothing I could do. They took my security deposit and first months rent. I paid my rent on time the following week. I left the room in perfect condition. They kept $25 because of nail clippings on the floor, which I didn't even see, another $25 for not taking the garbage out, not in my room, in the kitchen. You're kicking me out and I'm supposed to take the garbage out? And another$10 for a broken window blind which was already broken. I think this is something they do to build up their savings for each house. Especially when the house first opens.

Additionally, Andrew offers dry needling. My results using dry needling have been truly miraculous. I have recovered from injuries that would previously take months to heal in a couple of weeks.

Pain management did not keep to the same schedule as the hospital, which, given my break, left some holes in the coverage. Nursing staff were great, and looked after me well. Nurses aides do some serious heavy lifting, yet always found time to get things I needed as well. The PT were great motivators, and loads of fun. Unlike PT I had about twenty years ago, I looked forward to going to see them. If I had only one gripe, it would be the food. Owing to multiple limitations on what I can eat, there weren't always a lot of choices. Just because you CAN purée something doesn't mean you should. Otherwise it all seemed cooked with care, and the menu choices were well varied. Nice place!

If you miss an appointment to see Dr. Cohen its always someone to assist you for rescheduling a more convenient day and time to fit both patient and doctor schedule. If and when I ever need rehab my first option is Oxford Rehabilitation because they are courteous, respectful, and display empathy for their patients and most of all I am aware of the service I will receive. First and foremost, the place was very clean. Next, everyone from reception to the medical team were professional with a caring attitude. Something that's hard to find anymore in the medical arena. And last, the wait wasn't bad at all, I was in and out within one hour. So if you're looking for urgent care, that's great. I highly recommend Cooper urgent care and Cinniminson.
