I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old, so I cannot afford to be helpless. My sister in law told me to call him right away. I called at 11am and I had an appointment 4 hours later. The receptionist was so sweet and nice. I stumble in and immediately feel at home, and am welcomed with a warm smile by the receptionist. I meet the doctor and he took his time to see what I had done to myself. He was so careful not to hurt me. I could tell he really cares about getting me healthy again. He was so thorough with what was wrong with my back and he made sure I understood. He talked me through how to sit, stand, lay, pick up my kids...etc. and what I was to expect in the upcoming days. I saw him every other day for 2 weeks and will continue for as long as he says I need to. I just didn't feel like I was seeing a doctor, it wasn't all business. Dr Napoliello really does care about his patients. I am so grateful to have found this doctor and practice. He for sure has a lifetime patient. And I just have to say again how pleasant the receptionist is, she was very helpful and patient with my insurance being that I was a new patient. I have been to many doctors offices and will not go back if the receptionists are rude or neglectful. She is well organized and very professional. It really does help being greeted with such kindness when you are not feeling well. Forever grateful.. Natalie F

I have been going to Dr Delany for over a year now... I couldn't imagine any better chiropractor…read more Let me start off by saying that I had my doubts about seeing a chiropractor. I have heard mixed things about chiropractors over the years. But an intense round of tennis last summer left me with the worst back and neck pain of my life. I received Dr Delany's info from a co-worker who was currently a patient. I was shocked that Dr Delany didn't want to do anything to me until he was able to go over an xray of my neck and back. A year later, I only see him every few weeks(or when needed), but a recent experience led me to write this review. The other week, I tried to schedule an appointment, but because of work and 3 young children at home, my schedule is incredibly limited to do anything for myself let alone see a chiropractor. Long story short, I was able to set up a session with Dr Delany hours before the office opened. He came in(drove through a monsoon too) just to give me an adjustment that I needed. He even said I could settle up the next time I came in during my regularly scheduled appointment. Wow... who does that anymore?!?!?! Bottom line... I've learned over the last year that Dr Delaney really cares about his patients. He will go out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They treated me and my family just like family. The nurses are very professional and warm and personal, what ever I needed them to address, it was taken care of. They are very Veteran friendly and recognize my father for his 22 years of service in the United States Air Force. My father was happy and content there until his recent passing. Even though there was some minor issues as with any Health care facility...but their compassion and care for my father surpasses any of them....as a matter of fact, he was spoiled by the staff! Lol. Thank you Wynwwood center for all you've done to make my father living there a comfort to us all.

Smelly, dirty, uncleaned place with typical nursing home problems. After many visits to a family…read moremember placed there, I am appalled at the urine puddled floors and residents clearly sitting in their own feces, with plenty of staff hanging around and not doing anything about these care issues. I slid a few times just walking on their floors from the liquid puddles and no one seems to be bothered about it. Residents are sitting in wheelchairs gagging and with drool, not being attended to or cleaned. Employees take smoke breaks on terrace and open door lets the smoke in the common room where handicapped residents are placed. The only positive was the religious service in singing to the residents, other than that, the place is dumpy and probably contagious. I'm moving my family member out.
