Ordered some flowers online. It was easy to order and I'm always aware that there may be a flower or two substituted due to availability or season, but this really urks me! I thought what I ordered was very tasteful, and I wanted a low profile arrangement, what was delivered looked NOTHING like what I selected online. Other than both arrangement contain "flowers" is all I can see as a similarity. If a florist cannot fulfill an order based on their inventory they should at least let the buyer know. read more

Jeffery Flowers did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. She wanted wildflowers as it was at our farm outdoors. The bridal bouquets were beautiful. The table settings for the approximate 200 guests were many small colored vases (all different shapes) and greenery. The flowers were very fresh and lasted for a week after the wedding. The wedding guests were able take the flowers home, which was a great hit. We got many, many compliments on the decor. They were very easy work with in planning the event. I called Jeffrey's because I wanted to purchase flowers from a local business for my friend's 50th birthday. When I called to talk to them about flowers they asked me to order online. I went online and found a bouquet that was country style with wild flowers and some roses in a tin bucket. I upsized to premium flowers and paid $108. What my friend received was normal bouquet of lovely flowers. It was nice but not what I ordered. I was really disappointed. I wanted the flowers to be special and i was really excited about the bucket and, although lovely...I did not feel it was worth the money I paid. read more

I ordered flowers for a dear friend's birthday. We have moved out of state and I remembered Jeffreys was a great florist so I placed an order on line. I have received flowers from people out of state and often the arrangement wasn't what they picked and often it was less than what they paid for, so I'm leery of ordering flowers without seeing the product. When my husband who I shared 22 years with recently passed away, the last thing I wanted to worry about was the urn arrangement. I knew I should have one but had no idea what to do. I called Jeffrey's Flowers and set up a meeting. As distraught as I was, Jeff sat with me and was so patient. He listened to me babble on how my Tom didn't know a Petunia from a Pansy...but that he did know Portulaca's! We had them in the yard and he would do his Portulaca Dance to the tune of La Cucaracha! When I saw the urn arrangement it was absolutely stunning...just beautiful and filled with color and unique seasonal flowers. But what was really amazing? I ordered a floral arrangement for a 91 year old friend who is in a nursing home in Mechanicsburg after looking on the Internet for a shop. Jeffrey answered the phone and after placin m order sent me an email with a picture of the beautiful flowers he prepared for her. Extremely disappointed in the Sympathy arrangement I had delivered. I am a former florist so I know what I'm talking about. Was nothing like the one chosen from a picture on their website. I chose a triangular shaped arrangement in a basket. She received a round low arrangement in a metal or glass container with stones in it. Stones for a sympathy arrangement in my opinion is in poor taste. It was also much smaller than the one shown. As a florist, I realize that sometimes you have to make substitutions, but this was way out of line. They offered to send another one, but as it was a sympathy arrangement, I didn't want to cause a fuss for the recipient. read more

We were unable to visit our mom/grandmother on Easter due to the coronavirus pandemic. Jeffrey is amazing and sooo talented! He did our wedding flowers and they were absolutely beautiful! Between the ceremony, reception, the bouquet, the guys/girls flowers you could truly tell how much time and effort he put into them! I gave him my vision and he exceeded my expectations tremendously! I saw a picture online of a rose pedal design for going down the aisle and he couldn't have done a better job! It was truly stunning! The centerpieces were spectacular, they reminded me of Beauty and the Beast! People were commenting all night on them and still are! The most beautiful candelabras! Since our puppy who is our favorite person in the world could not physically be at the wedding, Jeffrey actually attached her name tag in my bouquet so she could be with us all night! It was so sweet and so special! He truly is a kind, hardworking person who wants your special day to be amazing and how you envisioned it! My only problem was that the recipient's name was spelled wrong and they included a grammatical error in my note that I didn't include when I typed the note. I called Jeffrey's after their delivery driver had left for the day. I am on the west coast and wanted to have flowers delivered that same day to my daughter-in-law following a medical procedure. When our mom passed away quite unexpectedly we wanted to use Jeffrey's for the flowers because our mom always used them for all of our birthdays, holidays, etc. We called the shop and we were told Jeff was on vacation. We told the employees what happened and within an hour Jeff called us from Europe and told us to meet him at his home the next evening as they were flying back. I'm a pretty simple person and wanted an elegant simple floralscape. They were suggesting ideas that were far too wild for my taste. It was a breath of fresh air to sit with Ron and for him to immediately get it. He looked at how I was dressed combined with the pictures our wedding planner gave him in advance of the meeting and articulated our vision perfectly. It makes such a difference when someone "gets" you. Jeffrey joined our meeting and we liked him instantly. He further assured us with his description of how he services weddings - personal touch. We can reach him directly for any questions. He was able to quote us immediately- we were impressed that he could turn around a quote that quickly and decided on the spot that Jeffrey's flowers was our choice From the trial run through to the calls and adjustments (we wanted to add baby's breath to coca cola bottles with twine wrapped our the bottles as a fun cocktail hour piece and green plants on the plates for that authentic outdoor indoor feeling) everything was seamless. My bouquet was breathtaking - truly a work of art. I'm tearing up while writing this because I felt the love they put into my bouquet. They hand delivered it to me at federal point hotel Gettysburg where I was getting ready which made it even more special I know I haven't said thank you enough to them for making my wedding a beautiful elegant yet authentic affair with their special talented touch! Well, first of all, I got a text message saying that Jeffrey's could not find the address, this did not amuse me for the Teleflora service. Second, I receive a picture of the product that was delivered, even though it was nice and well received, it was definitely not the product I ordered, it was $33 less than what I had ordered according to the images on teleflora.com and they only gave me back 20%. I will never again use Teleflora, nor will I ever use Jeffrey's Flowers to send anything to anyone I know. read more

When Jeffrey personally brought my daughter her Bouquet all she could rave about was that he captured her vision perfectly. I ordered a blooming garden basket for my brother-in-law's funeral because I wanted my sister to have the multi colored blooming plants to keep and replant. He died Christmas Eve and his funeral was a week later. When I went to the funeral home I was shocked and embarrassed to see a Christmas arrangement with a poinsettia , huge pinecone., and a cactus. The last thing I wanted is to remind my sister of her husbands death at Christmas...and a cactus! I called Jefferies and explained how dissatisfied I was. They said it was of equal value and didn't seem to care about what I wanted. They said they would have the owner call me...he didn't. I called again, same thing the owner would call me when he returned from Atlanta...he never did. I was embarrassed and disappointed, now I am tired of the run about.
