We called back and they said "they didn't have time to deal with it" and we'd have to come to the store to get the deposit back. The quality of the uniforms have degraded over the years of my postal carrier. And the service has…read morealso gone down. I've noticed more sewing defects, and longer wait time between order and ship. I had just ordered on 2/3. Confirmed on 2/4. no way to check order status. Then on 2/14 I got two more confirmation emails with different order numbers. I called on 2/15. They said that it may be shipped sometime this week. Apparently the warehouse will get the order on 2/16. So two weeks just to get the order to the warehouse. Next time I will be using a different vendor.
