LARGE employers recommend NOT going there. I had to call corporate to resolve an issue and they even acknowledged that the Warwick store was known to refuse valid returns. I lose all credibility as i got angry and was rude... maybe very. lol I was just blown away at how rude and dismissive this women was. She probably does a great job otherwise? but customer service is a real problem there and has been for quite some time. it seems EVERYONE has a story. I did love they have the option to do in store pick up which saves you on spending money on shipping. I went in store to pick up my item. The girls at the counter were very helpful. Very nice and was warmly greeted as well. My only mistake was I didn't look at my item before I left the store and unfortunately there was something not so cleanly in the pocket of my what was supposed to be brand new sweater. Now I know mistakes happen so I did call the store spoke with somebody in management and they said somebody would call me right back which they did. And I believe the manager at the warehouse called me a back apologized and took care of the situation, very quickly very rapidly and very professionally. Personally, I know things happen so I feel like the customer service to fix the issue to rectify this was top-tier and I was very appreciative of how fast they got me my new product. Though there were times they didn't have sizes for him he was able to find some of what he needed but comparing prices I can understand why larger corporation like Walmart are covering more sales in everything. They are experts in their field and have a price to match that makes me lean toward Walmart or online. They do honor and give discounts to medical staff just make sure you work for a common agency and bring your badge to eliminate any headache at check out. With a location in CT and the main branch in RI you can drive out here to get what you need or you can find what you want and purchase it cheaper elsewhere.

Whatever, I'm patient, but they provide an unprepared quote with error. Finally quote gets fixed and I'm told proofs will be to me by Monday. Monday comes and nothing. Tuesday I get proofs that look like a high schooler made them on Microsoft paint. This is the 3 weeks after drop off. They tell us we have a date the next day, but yet they can't even get me proper proofs. Called EVERY day to finally get a call back. No accountability, just excuses and them encouraging me to have them print, well no because how can I trust the print to go forward when the proof and quote were underprepared. Sure there's ups and downs in life, but if you aren't in top of your game, then acknowledge it and make it right. They missed two dates that they gave me! Had to pick up the shirts and after 3 weeks starting over for a more professional experience with a company I can trust to get it done right and hold on to their dates.

Store finally called 8 days before my wedding, by which point we went with plan B and told them we didn't need the tuxes anymore and they HUNG UP ON US. We called back and they said "they didn't have time to deal with it" and we'd have to come to the store to get the deposit back. Absolutely horrific customer service for what should have been an important part of the wedding experience.
