I like to buy them all especially the people that don't have families at least a new outfit of clothes and maybe some aftershave or something if they use it so I had to find some pants for a gentleman veteran in my nursing home it was 5X I called down this particular Burlington Coat Factory Woonsocket spoke to Emily on the phone and she has said hold on one man. I'll go look for you Eye at the time did not know what she was doing. When she came back because yes, I have like five or six pair. I'm looking for the navy blue black or gray. She said I have some of those right there on the rack told me where they were and stuff I saw me about 20 minutes. Show all the stories in case it be like 20 minutes was actually 18 from where I was at in Franklin. I got down there. I finally found the pants I spoke to the exact Girl had talked to me on the phone very very nice. She said she's only a temporary worker. She comes in and works like three or four months to the holidays every year she showed me where she might get back to the phone. Is that because she had taken in and found all five pairs of pants that I needed it and put them all together in the same section of the rack, even though the sizes weren't together so I didn't have to keep searching to the rack to get what I wanted, which was amazing. And then I was able to get two pairs of pants both under $12 which is really hard with having a triple X or whatever size pants and then she asked if you go with anything else I was looking for like a cardigan sweater that was react and couple of things she helped me. We couldn't find the three eggs but she did help me to find a 2X sweater for my son for Christmas. That was only 1099 and a couple other things. I was just so upbeat and positive with the experience that I spent the time talking to the manager about 10 minutes before I left to tell how amazing the young girl was, and how helpful of a board she went to make sure that their customer was fully satisfied with the purchase and didn't need anything else to me that says it all that means she really cares about her job and cares about the company and wants u to come back and want you to be happy I do go particular store anyway anyways, but I have never answered this girl before but I'm sure glad I met this girl today. Emily is a true person that you would want to have in your store encouraging your customers to buy because she looked at several different racks and Rob kept bringing me back things to see if I was looking for and a couple of things, but they were just more than I could consciously be allowed to pay because of the fact that I'm buying these gifts for patients in my nursing home and then I'll have to pay me back so it's all out of my pocket. So that's why I have to go to I can afford, but I appreciate everything she did thank you again.

I feel really really bad for the cashiers at this location. The only two times I've gotten…read moresomething here. I had to wait in a crazy long line, because there is ONLY ONE CASHIER on! ONE! They have spots for maybe six registers too! That's awful! I don't buy much here but I'll notice the people in line have full carts which add to the long checkout times! The cashier has apologized for the long wait and is doing the best he can. But no other workers come up to help them, and they're so busy they can't call for help. While the lines get longer and longer. It's disappointing they have to deal with this. This store looks like it does good business so they should be staffing at least 3 cashiers on register. I'm not coming back to this location for a while. I do find some cool stuff, but it's not worth waiting in the long lines for one thing. Bassy saved my wedding dress and my wedding day!…read more I had originally gone to another tailor recommended by the boutique where I purchased my strapless princess gown. Unfortunately, the work done at the other tailor's shop left my dress butchered. When I realized something was wrong with the original tailoring, it was two months before my wedding. I was distraught because I didn't think a new tailor would take me due to the limited time before my wedding and it being right before bridal and prom season. However, someone recommended I contact Bassy and I'm so grateful for their rec! Bassy listened to my concerns regarding my dress and what the other tailor had planned to do to it, advised me to take back my dress straight away, and booked me for an appointment ASAP. Within a week Bassy had me in her shop to assess all the damage that had been done by the previous tailor: (1) the hem was uneven by inches; (2) the train was lopsided; (3) the bustle was just a loop and a button that would be visible and unsecure; (4) the bodice was taken in so much that three people were needed to zip me up, which (5) left the zipper of my dress straining and puckering; (6) so much of the bust was trimmed away that my chest was exposed whenever I moved; and (7) they made a sash instead of the custom shawl I ordered for my ceremony. The worst part about the original tailoring work is that so much fabric was cut away there was barely any fabric left to correct the shoddy work. My dress was in really horrible shape and I knew I wouldn't be able to find or order another dress in time for my wedding. Despite the multiple problems with my dress, Bassy assured me she would find solutions for the above issues and she did! Bassy evened out the dress' hem by rehemming it and removing a portion of its petticoat to ensure it kissed the floor evenly. For the train, she adjusted it so it would be symmetrical and less oblong. It looked gorgeous trailing behind me as I walked down the aisle. The bodice was a tricky fix, but Bassy executed it perfectly! To expand the bodice, she needed extra fabric and found it within the seam allowance of the bodice's panels. She undid every panel, let out a little bit of fabric from each, and carefully stitched the bodice back up so that each panel was even and proportional. She was able to expand the bodice while also making it look like it hadn't been deconstructed. Bassy's work allowed me to properly breath while wearing my dress and my mother was able to zip me up by herself with no trouble! Bassy also created a custom shawl for me that looked like something Audrey Hepburn would wear! The attention to detail is so incredible! Bassy made the shawl so there was a slight curve in the front that elegantly hugs my collar bone. I love this shawl so much I plan to continue wearing it for special events. The most incredible fix Bassy made to my dress is the bust. I thought I'd have to wear my shawl the entire wedding. Instead, she came up with the incredible idea to build up the bust of my dress with additional fabric. The original bust had a cat eye neckline with draping across it. Bassy was able to expand the bust above my chest and next to my underarms to give me more coverage. She did this by building up fabric that mimics the original bustline's shape. The final result is beautiful! No one would ever know that the work Bassy did was not part of the dress' original design. I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing and transformative work Bassy did to my dress, her professionalism, her expert advice, and her direct and honest communication. She always set realistic expectations and provided alternative solutions that would not compromise the integrity of my dress or its overall style. Bassy is also just a lovely person to be around. I was really sad about the state my dress was left in by the previous tailor. With each visit to Bassy's (and she booked me for as many as needed to get my dress perfect), I felt better and more confident. Bassy saved my dress, my wedding, and my peace of mind. Bassy hemmed several pairs of pants, took in the waist on others, and completely altered a vintage dress for me. The dress needed extra room, and she expertly removed the belt and expanded the side seams so seamlessly that you would never be able to tell any alterations were made. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are absolutely unbelievable. Bassy is truly a talented artist, and her work speaks for itself.
