This left me completely unprotected only weeks after purchasing the vehicle. The dealership then quoted me $4,000 for a catalytic converter replacement -- an extremely high estimate for a major failure that occurred so soon after purchase. I feel misled about the warranty coverage and disappointed with the lack of support. A customer should not be facing a $4,000 repair on a truck purchased less than two months earlier, especially after paying for additional protection. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ray Price Stroudsburg.
