I just bought and moved into a new house recently. The systems in the house seemed new, but as a first time homeowner, I didn't know much about them. We've been having a heat wave these last few days and one night my ac just died. I didn't know what to do. I am new to the area and don't know any reliable companies for electrical/hvac work. Luckily, I found this company! I am not a preexisting customer, so most companies won't send someone out on the weekend and this is the weekend before the Fourth of July, but these guys came out right away and spent the hours required to fix my hvac system! A mouse had chewed through several wires in my indoor unit causing a short which fried my outdoor unit's contractor. And, best of all, while I was expecting to pay through the nose for these repairs, the very awesome service technician was able to get me a discount, which would have been unthinkable at those other companies, who wouldn't even provide me a quote because it was a weekend, let alone come out! I received another quote that was triple the cost of the quote I received from Keiper-I had NO water as my well pump had to be replaced and everyone from Michelle to Dylan was super supportive and professional. We bought a property in Aug 2022 and as per of the settlement a water heater was newly replaced. There was a failure in the system on Dec 30th. We had two professionals look at it and they both recommended asking the installer to look at it. We called the main number and the person who spoke to two of us (independently was extremely rude to both of us on separate calls). He said he wasn't sure anything was covered on our policy with a change and owner and was adamant of the diagnoses without even seeing it. He said in a slow loud voice that it is an electrical issue and we would have to pay $220 + $220 to have anyone come out to see it - and then he hung up. Not sure I would trust someone like him with any new or existing business. He was an utter disgrace to this business and I am shocked they had such a high rating with someone like that working there. read more

I told her I found it at Lowes, she said then go buy it and hung up on me. I was about to ask for them to install before she hung up. I called back she would pick up the phone and hang up. Keiper Plumbing is by far the most responsive, professional, fair and honest service company that we have ever used in our 20 years of home ownership. I used this company twice last week. BOTH calls were accomplished within two hours of my initial telephone call to the office. Last Tuesday, I called to replace the hose bib, nozzle and pipe that was leaking. Two younger and very professional men came out and had the job done within an hour. They were amazing to deal with!. Then on Friday (after hours), my wife got to our lake home in Pocono Pines, and the water in the home wasn't working at all, our well pump had gone bad. PA had the "big chill" hit in the end of 2017 going into 2018..we found out our worst fears were realized when we got to our house a few weeks later and the pipes froze.
