The complex is very well maintained, with all the bays kept in exceptionally clean condition and all wash functions working properly. The price is also very reasonable, with your typical self service ash costing around $6-8 if you prioritize your wash time. The chemicals seem to be of decent quality, as the soap wash produced decent suds and the wax setting left my truck with decent water beading. As with most self service car washes, the wash gun can have a bit of delay when switching between chemicals, so you should point it at the ground when switching between certain settings (from tire cleaner to wash soap). Overall, highly recommend if you're in a pinch and need a quick, thorough wash!

Last year my credit card information was disconnected from the account. It wasn't a huge deal and I after a lengthy phone conversation I was finally able to resolve it. Earlier this year it happened again. After embarrasingly holding up traffic in the fast lane I was "told, "account not active", So I showed my CC and was told, no worry, you're all set". Until my next visit when I discovered that nothing was fixed. This time I escalated it to the local manager was very apologetic and added special comments attached to my the vehicles which covered washes for a period of time. At the end of that period, I was told it will automatically connect to my credit card. It did not, so again I went thru the same hassle in the fast lane while members lined up behind me. After yet another attempt the car I was in was back on the account and there was one transaction on my card. All good, you would think, To add the 2nd car I was told we needed bring that car, me and my credit card to update the status. After coordinating a special trip the attendant ask for the credit card / phone number on the account. For the 5th time in under 2 years I was told, sorry your account has been deactivated. This will be the final time I will hear this from your company. I will find an alternate I called to call to share this but was told "because of heavier than normal calls, my estimated wait time would be 18 minutes"......not happening!
