Tim Ryan answered the phone the night before and, sensing that his 1 PM start time wasn't convenient for me, immediately offered to come in at 10 AM instead. That kind of genuine, customer-first attitude set the tone for everything that followed. From that first phone call to driving off the lot, every step of the car-buying process was smooth, professional, and refreshingly personable. Tim went above and beyond at every turn, and Finance Director Chris Chapman was equally impressive -- making what can often be a stressful part of the car-buying process feel straightforward and stress-free. It's rare to find a dealership where every single person you interact with is committed to making the experience as easy as possible. Faulkner Chevrolet does exactly that. I'll absolutely be returning for all of my car servicing needs, and I won't hesitate to recommend this dealership to family, friends, and anyone who relies on reviews to make informed decisions. If you're in the Lancaster area and in the market for a vehicle, look no further.

When the technician got there he was rude and grumpy. Now I get it was raining and there was snow on the ground, so I would let that alone go. But when he opened my hatchback trunk to get my spare some snow fell on his socket wrench heads and he dumped them out of the case to get the snow off. While he was putting his socket wrench heads back (he used his power tool to completely tighten the lug nuts down BTW, which you should never do) he shook one out and it flew out of his hand and hit me solidly in the ankle while I was standing nearby. I would normally not mind that either, it was an accident. HOWEVER, he pretended like nothing happened, didn't even acknowledge that he had hurt me. I had 3 other friends there to witness that he did see what had happened. He said nothing at all, finished up, and left. It's been 2 days now and my ankle is still swollen with a hard lump where it hit me. It still really hurts, and I'm getting a little concerned the it's more than just a bruise. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor tomorrow to see what damage was done. I don't think it's broken, but it might be a bone bruise. I wouldn't use this company ever again and I might have to take legal action if this gets costly to treat on my own. At least it was free through my insurance. Actually, I guess it cost me my foot's motor function, which is too steep a price if you ask me.
