I'd been searching high and low for a dress to wear to propose to my boyfriend. Amazon, Nordstrom Rack, etc. all turned up dry. I finally decided to do what I should've done all along--Shop LOCAL! Hello! So I meandered into Cira and was thrilled by all the beautiful choices. The offerings were fashionable, colorful, and high quality. My hands were overflowing with dresses to try on and a very friendly salesperson offered to get me a fitting room. He came by a couple times to add my new findings to the room. As I was trying on dresses, a couple other associates stopped by to ask if I needed help, and one helped me adjust the straps on the dress I liked. She also helped me decide how to wear my hair for the proposal. I loved the personal interactions I was able to have with the staff and the ability to try on a dozen things at one time. You can't get that from online shopping! The dress I bought was comfortable, unique, and I felt so confident in it! I'm excited to go back to Cira for my Fall wardrobe! read more

Extremely cheap/poor quality clothing for high prices. Really regret the dress I bought - it's cute and trendy, but the fabric is shitty and uncomfortable. Think glorified Forever21. You know those pieces that you're borderline about but take the plunge and go for it then really regret the next day? That's Cira. I wanted to return it the next day but my receipt said returns only for cash purchases up to three days. Debit/credit purchases could only be exchanged for store credit for up to 14 days. Im from out of town, so store credit is useless to me. Their return policy wasn't even mentioned to me at check out. Extremely frustrated. read more

Contrary to the last review, there are indeed pants at Cira. I tried some on. I didn't particularly care for them, but they were present. They even have jeans! I do agree that the layout of the store can be random, but that is part of the charm. You could go there three times a week, and weeks into it, only then realized you missed the item that will soon become your season staple. As far as merchandise goes, it's pretty hit or miss. I abhor a bunch of the tops, but found my favorite summer dress there [and a bunch of awesome, cheap, anthropologie-style belts]. Nevertheless, for cute, trendy, women's apparel, it's probably the best place to shop in FoCo. Your only other options are fighting the teenyboppers at Plato's Closet, or driving down to Denver. Also, yes, it is a glorified forever 21 [with less stock and less hassle]. Don't expect your purchase to come with a lifetime guarantee. It won't. But, kudos to the customer service. A skirt ripped upon first wear - I was able to return it, and get 20% off on my next purchase. Well, when there is a next purchase. Ordinarily this store would get a three. But, I'm a fan, and there are limited resources in this here small town. read more

I went into Cira looking for an outfit for Coachella. Thanks to Abigail and Vanessa's sense of fashion, I walked out with three gorgeous outfits! They were patient and professional in assisting me, and understood my concerns about finding just the right outfit. Abigail was very helpful in pairing a hat with the outfits. It was exactly what I needed to give the dresses an even edgier look. Cira is very reasonably priced and has a wide variety of fun, trendy styles. I will definitely go back. I used to really enjoy shopping here, then I tried to return something. 3 days return timeframe for cash purchases. NO REFUNDS on cc purchases, only store credit. I don't know about you but I can rarely find parking close, so coming back within 3 days is not an option. All the clothes run quite small, so be fore-warned, buy a size larger than normal, or you go to return hell. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with the staff there, one young guy in particular is outstanding, I wish I knew his name. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping there anymore. I agree with what many of the reviews have said: overpriced low quality clothing. I also just plain didn't like any of the clothing I saw. It seems like many of their selections are a season or two behind. I was surprised to see full price sandals on display over labor day weekend! Most shops have moved on to fall/winter clothing by then and have discounted their spring/summer offerings. Didn't like anything I saw at all and when I did see something that might be ok, one touch and a look at the tag revealed low quality materials that would not hold up over time (and were not worth the price). OMGosh--Such a FAN!!! This an awesome store to shop. So, I moved here to FoCo two years ago from the East Coast. I'm actually surprised how sophisticated the selections are! Totally love this store! I am giving it an honest FOUR star rating. Other shops are blah in selection and crampy in their spacing!!! It is so daunting walking around town and you CANNOT find a decent clothing store with a taste of high fashion. Fortunately this east coast-girl never has to compromise her taste because CIRA has styles that are so amazing. The employees were helpful. The thing that I didn't like though is a layout of some of the clothes. It's almost like a treasure hunt when you're trying to find your next fav thing! So if you have a cool friend visiting and want something fun to do-- shopping here is a must because you'll literally spend hours shopping. Since my two years here, I find it confusing that people would think this is a terrible store. I can't find a better shop to compare it to. I am familiar with the company makers of their clothing, and they are legitimate business here in America. I hate pure speculations from people who don't have better things to do.
