Bought 3 bras. Happy with 2 of them. Third one, which was expensive started fraying where the straps are after just 4 wearings. When I took it back to the store I was told they could recommend a seamstress to fix it at my cost. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing after a positive initial experience. I couldn't have had a better experience at Circadian Intimates! I drive by here almost daily and finally went in a couple of weeks ago. Meghan helped me and was so incredibly helpful. She expertly balanced helping myself and another woman that was shopping and gave both of us full assistance. I specifically was looking for wireless options, of which there weren't many on the floor. Meghan went to the back and brought out probably 10 options, which she walked me through to see what I liked. As I tried things on, she got a feel for what I liked / what fit and I found two beautiful (and perfectly fitting) bras. I will definitely be back! I can't recommend this place enough!!! The owner Emily is so wonderful and makes everyone who walks in feel comfortable. Unlike other intimate shops, Circadian is focused on finding the right fit for each customer and what makes them comfortable. There is a great variety of bras to wear for each occasion. There is also underwear, swimsuits and pajamas. They carry bras for preteens as well, making this store completely inclusive in their sizing and finding bras for women in all stages of life. When I went, Megan, the sales associate helped me and fitted me for bras. She spent a long time with me to help me figure out what I felt was comfortable and what I liked. She was so awesome and I could have sat chatting with her all day. I walked away with 4 amazing bras I can't wait to wear. I know I will definitely be back and have already told a bunch of women about this shop. Informative staff, accurate fitting. Caters to cup sizes larger AND smaller than those found in department stores. I found this place by accident right after one of my bras popped a wire and was sentenced to the trash. When I saw the signage saying that they catered to large cup sizes, I figured it was worth a shot. I'm afraid I've already forgotten the name of the lady behind the counter, but her familiarities with the different brands they were carrying--knowing which skew large in cup/band--led her to pick out a selection that fit great. (Including some bras that I would have assumed wouldn't fit if I had been shopping online.) And the selection was delectably pretty to boot. Do definitely recommend. read more

In less than six months I had two bras fall apart due to manufacture defects. Circadian Intimates would not take them back or exchange them. The have a 30 day exchange policy which is only for those who do not like the look or bought it on line and it doesn't fix. They do not stand behind the quality of their products. Once again, Circadian Intimates in Prairie Village has fulfilled my needs like a breeze... I dared to pull a classic, designer "little black dress" from my closet where it has been patiently waiting since 2005. It flowed perfectly over the body I have been gently reshaping these past twenty four months. Its classic styling has remained amazingly age appropriate, thank goodness. However, this dress has a unique décolletage with shoulder straps designed with straps which gently curve inward from the sides, front and back. My youthful body did not require a bra to rock this dress. Time changes everything... I brought my dress into the shop, as Emily had suggested would be most helpful with the final outcome. Ana was at the helm and provided an array of beautiful options, each with different attributes for consideration. She fit them all to me perfectly. The SELECTION! So many wonderful pretty things. Emily and Megan are sweet, fun and so knowledgeable. They made me feel super comfortable and grown up, unlike the mall stores :) I got my maternity and nursing bras here and I also made a wish list for things I'd love to be gifted by my SO after our baby is born. I used to be the manager of a popular bra boutique that closed last year, so I've been waiting for a new place I could trust for all my bra fitting needs and I found it at Circadian Intimates! The shop is modern, yet classy and they have a nice selection of bras, swimwear, PJs, undies, and lingerie in stock in a variety of sizes, patterns, and colors. They also carry super cute, but appropriate PJs and bras for pre-teens. Meghan is super knowledgeable about fitting and Mary Jane was like my personal hype girl while trying on swimwear and lingerie pieces. I walked out with several pairs of new underwear and a new bra, but I'll definitely be back for more! read more

I am always looking for the perfect bra. I saw this new store and thought I'd try their bra fitting services. My first experience was wonderful, but it was the second time that has me impressed. I had contacted the store to say I didn't think the first purchase quite fit. Within an hour, the owner emailed asking when I could come back in to exchange both bras even though I'd worn once and tags removed. So professional, kind, and I left with the right fitting bras. Now I don't think customers should expect this if bras have been worn multiple times or the purchase was awhile back, but wow on this experience as it easily could have gone different. So ..... I've looked for a bra to fit me correctly for the last few years since the one I've been buying stopped making it . I've have, beyond a horrible time finding a bra and have tried on probably 150 bras in the last few years , not joking ...zero luck . I'm 56 and overweight and couldn't even find something to " make do " . Within 5 min , Julian found me a bra that fit PERFECTLY and is comfortable !!!!! ......Are they expensive ? Yes ... ( I'm NOT rich ) but , is it worth it ??? YES!!!!!! Owner talked to me and was very kind and sweet ... I highly highly recommend this place !!!!! I found this store on Yelp. I have been trying to find a bra for my size since I stopped breastfeeding. I have tried going to Victoria's Secret and Torrid for a fitting. They have given me bra sizes that are either too big or too small. I even tried measuring myself, and I was very unsuccessful. I am a 260lb woman with saggy breasts from breastfeeding. I cannot express how much Emily and Juliet (I think that is the new employee's name, but I may be wrong) made me feel comfortable, valued, and highly respectful! They did not make me feel ashamed of myself. I usually am self-conscious about my body, and I normally shy away from taking my shirt off in front of people I do not know. But they did not make me feel like that at all. I was in that store for almost 2 hours trying to find my perfect size. Emily kept bringing different styles of bras until I left with the perfect size for myself. I am forever grateful! I highly recommend this store for sizing and buying any bras! read more
