I paid for legal services that were never performed -- not delayed, not incomplete, but entirely neglected. Despite multiple requests, he has refused to return my money. I have clear evidence to support this, including audio recordings and extensive documentation showing that no meaningful work was ever done on my case. What makes this even more alarming is his lack of basic professionalism. He repeatedly forgot who I was, confused me with other clients, and even addressed me by the wrong names on multiple occasions. That alone should tell you how little attention or care is given to the people he represents. In my opinion, this behavior is not just careless -- it is deeply concerning. He presents himself as a man of strong Christian values, but my experience did not reflect honesty, accountability, or integrity in any way. If you value your time, money, and case, protect yourself. Get everything in writing, document every interaction, and do not rely on promises. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him under any circumstances. We began to suspect the attorney was mishandling our case and got to the point we felt continuing to use him was actively sabotaging our chances at the proper outcome. In effort to protect ourselves, we later had our case reviewed by another attorney who explicitly told us based on this firm's handling of our case, that's exactly what was happening. Communication was poor and at times outright callous, and at no point did I or my family ever feel this attorney or his firm were looking out for anyone other than themselves and racking up as many billable hours as possible. This firm will rationalize it's attempts to charge hundreds of dollars for simple correspondence as well, from 5 minute phone calls they themselves initiate, to emails no longer than a few sentences and everything in between, so prospective clients beware.
