So I moved everything for no reason and I person I spoke to on the phone said the guy would come back in 7 to 14 days and spray again for no charge, which was also a lie. The guy said he would call me in 7 to 14 days after he sprayed and it has been ow been over 2 weeks and I still have had no check up or reply from him. I am not a happy customer and I will not use you again.

Consumer Beware: I…read morewould not normally provide such a negative review, but in this case, I felt obligated to warn others. I recently had to file a breach of contract claim against Wise/Chem because they failed to provide service and refused to refund my money. While in court, Wise/Chem made blatant lies to the Judge and I called them out on such lies. Thankfully, the Judge didn't believe their lies either. So, if Wise/Chem has no problem lying to a Judge, under oath, they have no problem lying to their customers. Wise/Chem also falsely claimed to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau when in fact they were not (as told by the BBB after I filed a complaint against Wise/Chem). This company absolutely lacks good morals, values and ethics. There are much better pest control businesses out there that are cheaper and actually find solutions to pesty problems rather than just spraying pesticide. Although I do not endorse other businesses, the company I have entrusted has been "Golden" and I could not be happier with their service. So glad to be done with Wise/Chem's deception, arrogance and dishonesty. I look forward to receiving my court ordered check from this defeated company.
