Their prices were competitive, they had high quality plants and they were very knowledgeable and willing to work with us on design and pricing. Unlike a few of the other companies that required a hefty fee for the design portion of the project, Schonheit was willing to do a rough draft free of charge and put the "design fee" into the landscaping. We put in several new perennial beds a few trees, an arbor/swing and a stone patio with a fire pit. Susie Drahos Froehle was the point person on the project and she came up with a beautiful design that encompassed what I was looking for to transform my yard at a price point that was within my budget. She had a lot of enthusiasm and creative ideas and I trusted her to make my vision become a reality. She and her team also helped to design and create the beautiful hardscaping/patio and firepit that have truly transformed our yard. I can't begin to describe how impressed I was with the crew that completed the work. Everyone was SO friendly, very professional, and super knowledgeable about the care and placement of all of the plants. They were on time, worked hard, and brought to fruition the plan Susie and I had created. They were all open to feedback and suggestions (I'm sure I offered more than they'd like) and even though we had one large snafu (as I'm sure happens with all large projects), Susie was great about working with me to get the issue resolved. I found her to be very honest and fair. I highly recommend using Schonheit Gardens for all of your landscaping needs.

The roses are big and beautiful, the lily will pop open and be gorgeous. My mom said she had great customer service, talked to a very nice lady on the phone who was excellent. There was a horrible snowstorm, so the delivery was delayed, but they did attempt to make it on the snowy day! I'm glad they were safe and didn't make their delivery driver work go out again. They arrived the next day, the driver called and left them at my door because I didn't answer, sorry! But they were wrapped in plastic to protect them, the card sitting nestled by the roses.
