With my yard being cut one direction one week and another direction the next. What happened in reality was their equipment didn't fit through my gate, so the backyard had to be push mowed. On occasion the crew forgot the mower and had to come back, twice I had to call. Today I received a bill with a $20 charge for blowing the grass clippings off of my yard because it wasn't cut for 9 days and it was long. Not my fault, they cut the grass on their schedule. I complained about this charge and also about the poor service. Paul, instead of being professional, cancelled my service. He didn't try to make it right or call, he just sent me an email that my service would be canceled.

He's saying that I told him to cut everything down. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. He's also saying it was 4 plants, not 75. He said if I can supply him with receipts for $1,125.00 he would pay me. He clearly does not understand nurturing a garden for 7 years. Plants grow and spread. He offered to plant 4. If you value your property, plants and everything else you consider sacred, do not hire this company. They don't know what they're doing, do not follow directions and then lie to try to cover their asses. Sickened beyond belief.
