I was impressed with his passion for his business and his knowledge of the Fort Walton Beach area. After talking with him, I completed an information sheet on the dogs. It was great to see the vaccine records checked before the dogs could be groomed. Kaylee, the groomer, called me and we scheduled the appointments. Over the phone, Kaylee was so personable. In person she was so professional and positive about our dogs. When we picked them up, the dogs both smell good and are SOOOO SOFT. If we lived here, Kaylee would be our groomer!
