We sold the building and they claimed I signed a contract that I had to give them 30 days notice plus they would charge an additional 30 days after that billing cycle. When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.

When I got there, she was waiting in the parking lot for me and immediately took a look at it and went to get some tools to work on it. While she said it would be a difficult one to unlock, she was able to get it unlocked in under three minutes and I was only charged 10 bucks for it!
