I knew more about the tech then he did he had to call Avycon in Calf to get the basic solutions. He is a distributor knows the product but very little about the tech. I would have appreciate the option to use CAT-5 to lower the cost but aside from that David was very profession and gave a very accurate estimate of the time and cost. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after the work was done, tested everything, and i've been satisfied with the work done. We sold the building and they claimed I signed a contract that I had to give them 30 days notice plus they would charge an additional 30 days after that billing cycle. When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.
