The food variety isn't different, I don't think from other Hilton hotels, but the separation and presentation at Tru was brilliant. No lines, lots of hot and cold options and lots of areas to enjoy breakfast. I also liked the gaming area, along with the seating and lounging options in other areas. We have two pets and were able to bring both for the same fee. Nice. Dog bags and receptacles were available. Also convenient. One last appreciation - their black out curtains are amazing. Every hotel should use these versus the curtain type that always leave odd gaps. Thank you for this thoughtful upgrade. We didn't make it to the fitness center or pool, but I imagine these spaces would have been just as nice as all the others. My only request would be colder rooms. Looking at the hotel's reviews on their own website I found that within the first 8 reviews 3 had complaints about these non disclosed fees. I find this practice to be both deceptive and less than honest. I do not recommend staying here.

Our company uses Marriott all the time and we have never had this problem with a particular hotel giving us our points. I myself have over 100 nights with them this year. Very dissatisfied with the management at this location.
