While standing in line to purchase, and the self check lines were not working correctly, we were asked to get in a different line. Then Erica the manager got them to work and asked for next in line, at this point she saw people, who were at the back of the line run over to her, she saw this and didn't care, and while I was mentioning to her why happened she still didn't care. I will never, ever suggest anyone visit this location. really poor customer service Keep your eyes open when an unethical management or employee attempts to charge your debit or credit card since they may be billing you for something you didn't receive or buy. I visited this stupid gas station and made a purchase there back in May. When I checked my bank account the following day, I discovered that she had overcharged me. Then I called but got no response. I went to the store and asked to speak with the manager. They told me she wasn't there, so I left a message and wrote down my contact information, but they never phoned or attempted to call. returned and were informed that they had no time to speak with me. On 06212023 person answered the phone I asked him if I can talk to the manager, he give me a strong attitude and he click the phone on my face. I called back no answered I left message for the manager. until now no one return my calls. all what I want to find out and see why I was overcharged that's all. I really like the location of this store, and the gas prices are .50 less than Napa. So great place to buy gas, but I absolutely HATE the self service scanners. I don't want to be forced to use this stupid system. I went in there last night at 10pm and I had to shout into the store to finally get the clerk to come out of the back. Then the clerk insisted I used the self serve kiosk just to buy gas. I didn't want to do it that way. I just want the clerk to ring me up and take my cash. The guy actually made me use the scanner instead of using the register and the scanner had trouble with my cash bills. I was super pissed off when I left. I probably won't keep using this store if they can't handle using the register. read more
