The parking lot and pumps are often crammed full, and because it's a prime stop for the local truckers, there's always several garbage trucks and/or semis clogging the parking lot and road out front. During lunch hour, the store chock full of customers, yet they never seem to have more than one cashier available. If we're lucky, sometimes two. All in all, a good place to get lunch or coffee, but expect crowds and a line at the register.

In fact any area I do a lot of driving and I've never have happened any other Cumberland farms on the south coast or south shore their customer service sucks. The employees inside are completely clueless. I can understand if they are hiring the mentally challenged, but they've lost me.

They did the oil change with the recommended oil and filter, then they even took my tires off and checked my brakes and front end and brought me inside the garage to show me my car. These guys provide great quality service at half the cost of what the dealership charges! And they are a family owned local business! Connor, from Dunkin Donuts, managed to get my car started so I could get it across the street to Tiverton Sun. When I had called Tiverton Sun and told them my predicament, the mechanic, Rob, even drove to the Dunkin Donuts to check on the car, but I had already brought it across. He took the car right away, while still trying to help other customers. He diagnosed the problem right away, and he was able to get me the car the next day. He also noticed that the car had trouble with, not just one, but 2 sensors. The price for fixing the car was so reasonable, too. I cannot thank all the gentlemen at Tiverton Sun. Please take your car there. They did tell me they do not do every repair job, but they are up front and honest, and they will tell you if they can fix your car. Again, highly recommended!

I called George at Sunco and he told me to just come in, no appointment needed and that they opened at 8. When I arrived ten to 8, there were already 4 people waiting in line ahead of me for service. George is a one man act, pumping gas, greeting people driving by who shout his name, and organizing people waiting in line for car service. It's a bit disorganized, but regardless he moves people through pretty quickly. It's been awhile since I've been to a full service gas station, and as a millennial, I'm more accustom to pumping my own gas and being self-sufficient. That said, I can see the people who really benefited from someone to pump for them, like seniors, moms with cars full of kids, and people with physical handicaps. Overall, prices are pretty good, service is personal, and George seems like a person everyone knows by name in this area of Tiverton. Fast emissions test first thing on a Saturday worked well for me, but other than that, I'd leave the full service gas option to others.
